Rent was raised every year the past 3 years. Terrible maintenance response. Descriminate against medical cannabis users. Avoid at all costs. Was on a 12 month lease, they repeatedly made it ten months, while the new neighbor has to sign a 15 month lease. Will not pro rate an entire week of the last month on lease so you pay out of pocket for a weeks worth of rent. Also have to be out on a Wednesday. Congratulations you are the worst property management team I have ever encountered.
