We are conveniently located in the South neighborhood of Minneapolis, near dining, shopping, and schools. We work hard to bring function and design to your whole apartment from the kitchens to the bedrooms, developing a range of practical features to make your everyday experience even more delightful.
For pets in an apartment, there is a one hundred fifty ($150) pet fee required that is non-refundable and a one hundred fifty ($150) refundable due at move-in. The Initial Pet Fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment. Failure to report a pet on the application and/or failure to register your pet once adopted will result in a $500 Pet Policy violation fee.
City Limits is located in beautiful south Minneapolis, MN and is the perfect place to call home. There are both one and two-bedroom apartments with great amenities inside the apartment. There are also great community amenities to enjoy as well. The City Limits Apartments are also cat-friendly. The Minnehaha Park is located near to City Limits Apartments and is just a short drive there.
I've been here over eight years and I've seen a lot of management teams. I must say this team has been the best team yet they answer the phone when you call they get to your repairs quickly and efficiently. They even have fun things for the residence and the kids Jessica and Santa are the best you guys rock!
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount with an additional $100. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

These apartments are mismanaged, over priced and ran down. My mother lived there for 10 years, never was late or missed paying her rent but no sooner than she decided to move due to poor maintenance if any at all, the rude young staff, the rising crime and ridiculous rent increases without any explanation nor upgrades. My mother followed proper protocol and submitted her 62 day notice to vacate. She cleaned the apartment and had witnesses when she walk did an exit walk through with the staff who at the time was well pleased with the cleaning. But then days later she claims the apartment carpet

If I could give it zero stars I would, the apartments are in terrible condition. The people that work there can be rude, they’ll literally charge you for anything extra. Due to rent wise whether it’s worth YOUR money it’s really not. I’d highly recommend you finding somewhere else the rent there is not worth paying that much. TRUST ME, I lived there for 6 years.

I have lived at city limits apartments in south west Minneapolis for 2 years. I have never seen a bug or mouse. Staff is new and awesome. My experience is it is quiet. I rarely see anything going on. Trash is picked up often. Laundry room every floor. Machines in good condition. Just to make sure there's not a pest problem. Every apartment is sprayed once a year. Maintenance is quick. Really quick. My air conditioner cools off my whole 2 bedroom. I have a balcony. Residents are considerate. I plan to renew my lease. Awesome neighborhood. Cub foods is right next door. When we signed our lease they moved us in in a hurry and the apartment had large bleach stains on the carpets and was hard to the touch because it was so dirty. We requested it get cleaned and they said they already had it cleaned and nothing more could be done. So the last year we have had gross carpets. The blinds were broken and dents in the door and the balcony door handle and screen were broken. None of this was repaired. Then all winter there was a mice issue they couldn't get under control and wouldn't waive the cat fee. So we paid 200 dollars to get a cat to keep the mice out. Now with

I did a review in October 2016 but it will not allow me to add an update so .... **Update** We moved out of this building in 2016 and we had to pay a bogus charge bc they extended out lease without our consent. So we paid the charge. Got a letter from the debt collection agency saying our debt had been resolved and we moved on with our life. Now it… is 2019 and all of a sudden this Monarch management and investment group pops up on my credit report saying we owe them this large sum of money. Wouldn't recommend it to nobody. Bad management. Management been changing so many times that you get use to see different faces. Been having issues with the same people and they never do nothing about it. The only time they are nice and listen to a request is when rent comes. If you have been living here for more than a year they still wouldn't listen to you. Other places are better than this, I would recommend to look different places and not city limits.

Cubs is next door to the parking lot its on a byline,cars can be repaired next door at bobby and Steve's gas station.a park down the street schools are in walking distance.strip mall six blocks away.management of property car people persons.Alexander Hamilton the agent is excellent.professional and he cares about the property and the needs of the recent.Finally someone that everybody not only likes but respects.I give him five stars. .I know we won't get anybody as good as this guy.too bad he's leaving.Oh and by the way I don't write reviews but in this case,I thought he earned it.
