Oh Ben, ur not even my point of contact anymore. You gaslight me. Want me to prove it with emails? The neighbor in 101 thinks they own the building and play LOUD music all day long which can be heard in the hallway (guess what I shared the audio and video with you), perhaps I should upload it to a different review site which is equally popular since YOU think it's not excessive. Unless you've been fortunate enough to have a friend who resides in this building, you're most likely, though through no fault of your own, completely oblivious to the unbelievably fabulous rooftop patio.
It's manicured. Yes, there's a garden. The owner resides on the property & usually takes care of the garden herself. And, the views. I mean, THE VIEWS!!! They are million dollar & first class all the way. The bay & Coit tower to the left, downtown to the right.
The tolling bells of neighboring Grace Cathedral supplying beautiful audio is no kick in the
