Springhill Apartments

I call Springhill home for a reason…because it is! Friendly staff, great neighbors, safe location with easy access to stores/restaurants/highways…I’m glad I chose to live here.

The office staff are amazing and always make sure all your questions are answered. The only complaint I would have is the short notice for major renovations like the parking lot, but other than that sort of thing it’s great!

I strongly recommend Springhill Apartments! Our family relocated from out of state and we’re very nervous about the move. The leasing office staff made everything super easy and we’re beyond helpful with our move. The apartment was very clean and everything was ready to go! I foresee us being here for awhile. We love Springhill!!

The location is perfect and the schools are some of the best in Kansas, but other then that I have lived here about a year and half and love it!
My kids and I loved using the pool all summer and having a gym on site is awesome! I can't wait for them to extend their hours again.
Springhill was great when we moved in, but they are really stepping up their game with all of the new improvements. Trees trimmed, building have had their siding repaired and repainted, parking lots freshly coated, and more to come!

This apartment complex wants to put you in a box. They don’t let you choose your internet service and the only excuse they have is that is a corporate decision. So I hope corporate reads this and pays attention to how this make the customer anger. I don’t want att. I’m sure they have some financial deal to provide internet they are not disclosing. Don’t worry you’ll get another call and another review soon.

Never received a key to the gym when we first moved in. Recently we’ve wanted to visit and take advantage of the 24hr-fitness center advertised on their website. We called, even visited the front office to discuss getting a key. We were told they were “in process of being made”, and that we would be notified when they were ready. This process has now taken longer than a month and a half (probably longer) which seems absurd considering how quickly keys can be made. It does not seem legitimate to advertise the amenity on the website if residents are unable to gain access to using it. Also,

Jessica is very friendly! I don’t like dealing with anyone else in the office. Maintenance always shows up right after I call something in I love that! Apartments here are not bad for their age. Only negative I’ve seen is leafs building up in piles around carports and sometimes trash by the dumpster. Overall I would really recommend Springhill Apartments.

Valerie, Ivana and the rest of the team were so incredibly helpful in terms of helping me make my home decision. I am so glad I chose to make Springhill home, and am so happy with the way my apartment looked when I moved in, as well as the positive community I live in.
