Thanksgiving weekend review. From start to finish my visit was top shelf. Easy check in, clean updated room w a partial view. Unexpected but greatly appreciated. The Ocean Hello a Three minute walk. Hot tub! Pool! The sunset? Priceless. The restrauant Moonraker, Wow! So fancy yet something will fit your budget. Great service everywhere!! The views incredible. That's all folks, Peaceful Pacifica!!

- every staff member we talked to was extremely friendly and welcoming
- extremely close to the ocean. If you can get a room with a view, it's a gorgeous view
- restaurants on sight are delicious and easy to access
- there's a bus stop a few minutes walk away, so you can take advantage of the public transit.
- the water pressure was incredible. By far the best I've had in a hotel.
Cons:
- the biggest con is how thin the ceilings are. If someone is above you, you WILL hear it. Walking around normally rattles the room of the person below you. I wish I was exaggerating. Honestly, if it

The hotel was ok I gave them a 4 on the review rating. Because there are two great restaurants that are close to the Pacifica Lighthouse hotel. The amazing trails are next to the sea. The only issue we had was that they did not inform as about not cleaning the rooms unless a person requested. We were not informed 🙄 😒when registering. You have to make an appointment for your room to be cleaned due to COVID-19. They inform you about pet, noise and other rules when you register but not this. Apparently, there was a notice on the Registration desk but you'll not notice until someone draws your

I asked two different frontdesk people at this hotel about the following statement on their website: "Amenity Fee of $29.11 per night will be added to the indicated room rate and collected at checkout". They both told me that is the tax rate. Well, it says the same $29.11 fee, no matter which rate the room is booked. That is inaccurate (taxes, of course, vary upon the rate). Furthermore, they both , specifically said there is NO amenity fee, and that there is no charge, in addition to the initial booking rate. So, I'm not sure if they are being dishonest.. or if they need better training to accurately

It was our anniversary so we stayed here for 4 nights. We were in building C on the 4th floor. It was pretty quiet the whole stay. The only noise that we could hear was the slamming of the room doors. We had a junior suite with limited view. However the view was amazing in our eyes. The room was very nice and spacious. The fireplace was unavailable but that wasn't too much of a big deal to us. We felt like the bed and pillows were too soft for us but could definitely be to someone else's liking. They offer room service however we never took advantage as we were out exploring other places to eat
