Have lived at this complex for a couple years now. Has had its ups and downs, more so ups. Currently remodeling every aspect, so patience is needed for current and near future residents.
Alicia is who I recommend reaching out to. Although every member of the staff will meet and exceed expectations, she is who I've worked with the most.
Highly professional and goes above and beyond, striving to make your day better.
Location isn't too bad.
Wish the pool was deeper though.
9/10 recommend.

Dirty and not worth the price. Breezeways are filthy and never cleaned. There's been vomit and broken glass that was never cleaned. Garbage area is disgusting with bags and other items left on the ground-even a shopping cart that hasn't been removed. The paid Valet garbage service is intermittent at best. Maintenance takes forever to come. Filters are not replaced leading to mold in apartment. When put in a request I received an email saying the would get to it when they had time. The pool is never cleaned. Garbage is left all over the grounds and not picked up. I never had complex that maintained

I live here! And while the apartments are decent (they are starting to sink). The management is terrible! They charge the same amount of rent but the pool area isn’t clean like it use to be not is the pool clean. The grill which is supposed to be available to tenants at all times (the propane tank has been removed) the old management company use to have the breezeways cleaned and blown out daily where the new ones don’t have it done at all! The emergency lights don’t function and exit lights hang by their wiring! This place went downhill bad! And never mind if u need to send out a package
