I lived at Hayleigh Village never made a late payment. Left the apartment move in ready. Every time you renew lease they increased the rent. I paid it loved my 3 bedroom but due to COVID residents had no access to any of the amenities that are included in the rent. I had to move out due to a sick elderly parent. I left a forwarding address as well as called Hayleigh village for a balance due I was told they would call corporate and get back with me. Called no answer. No one to date has called me nor have I received a balance due in the mail. I checked my credit unbeknownst to me my credit score

I never suggest to live in Hayleigh. May26 2021 they sent me the final settlement. I requested for clarification, without any reply they sent it for collection agency on Jun 1 2021. I sent many emails, no reply at all. It is so arrogant that never replied to my emails and also picking up calls. No notification as well. I never missed any payment. Right now credit score going backwards. Never ever get into these guys.

Didn’t even get a chance to rent, this is based off the whole screening process and the resulting customer service. I provided proof of six figures sitting in an account, no evictions (I’ve actually owned for the last 15 years), a credit score over 760, no criminal record and it’s taken over two weeks to get back to me (so far it hasn’t happened). This is of course after I’ve sent emails asking what’s going on and how I could help. Never responded to. Funny thing is it took all of less than 24 hours for other apartment complexes to clear me in the area.

Took over a week to respond to my application, just for them to ask for more proof of income when I was “almost approved.” I tried calling them for any updates but they ignore all their phone calls, never reply to their emails, ignore the text option on their website. Your best bet is to show up and ask to speak to someone directly! Because of their lack of customer service, I am glad I am not a potential tenant for this property. If this is how they treat their applicants, imagine how responsive they are to issues inside of your own apartment. A company should never ignore their customers

The property management is one of the worst one I have dealt in my 30 years of renting. I left the place in Tip Top shape, and no issue was raised during the final walk through, but once I left the place, they decided to change the carpet because of the stain. They didn't just kept my security deposit, but also billed me for the carpet replacement. When I asked them for the proof, I just got a picture, and bill, but no clip showing that it was my apartment. After going back and forth they stopped contacting me for the remaining amount, and than place the balance on my credit after 5 years. I left

I seriously can not "Thank" the staff enough for what they have done for me! I love Rachael and the manager at Hayliegh Village Apartments. I have gone through so much in my personal life and I was trying to transfer to another unit they had in South Carolina and they made it happen! Rachael has not only been so helpful with the apartments, but she also knew what was going on with my personal life and she helped me with through that as well. I seriously can not thank her enough for what she has done for me! She has helped me so much and the manager at Hayleigh Village Apartments helped me out tremendously

I worked with Rachel, very friendly from the beginning. Answered my calls promptly, it didn't take long to see the apartment I wanted. They told me the price upfront . I was surprised that there is a monthly maintenance fee, I wasn't told about. That's why I gave 4 stars. It's not a lot at all so no biggie. I have extenuating circumstances and they were willing to work with me. Their club house is very nice. Very nice amenities, gated entrance and the neighborhood is nice. Nice dining and shopping mall literally 5 minutes from them, Starbucks, target, homegoods, Marshall's; Indian, Italian, Japanese
