All current tenants who refer an applicant who signs a lease will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
2 The total refundable deposit is $500, and there is also an additional $200 non-refundable fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM. During these times, please be mindful of your neighbors. Turn music/TV down to a reasonable level, and keep noise to a minimum in breezeways and parking lots. Maintenance requests can be found in your leasing office, in the clubhouse area, or through your online leasing portal.

I havent been here that long but I can say this place is amazing! Starting with The "property manager supreme"...Victoria Bayless!
OMG she is amazing at getting things done and always wearing a smile while doing it! I needed handicap parking accommodating and without missing a beat, she got it taken care of for both myself and my handicap needs neighbor. She is by far the easiest person to work with I've ever known. Kudo's to You Victoria in whatever endeavors the future brings you! 5 stars to the beautiful and well maintained property and 6 stars for Victoria!

I am really disappointed that this apartment complex has such a bad car safety issue. Cars are broken into frequently, have been keyed, and license plates are stolen often. I have spoken to 4 people who’s cars were broken into and stolen from, 2 people who have had there car severely keyed and several who have had license plates stolen. It’s so sad because the apartments are very nice but I feel very unsafe here I have lived here nearly 2 yrs and these issues have been ongoing. I would not recommend living here, many people have videos cameras in there windows because the apartment management

The Villas at Hayden North is a gorgeous apartment/townhouse style complex with some great amenities and prime location close to all the big box stores (Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, Super 1, etc.).
