It's not terrible, but they definitely trick you into things and take advantage of you. For example, was told it was student housing even though it is not, the gate has never worked and I don't think it ever will, the pool was never filled or clean, the office closes randomly, there was a DEAD PIGEON in our dryer when we moved in, and it took over two months for our dryer to be fixed properly.

After speaking with Riley and Elaina I was told to gather certain paperwork. After the paperwork was gathered and everything was set I called and wondered why my lease hadn't been sent. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and insulting. There is no way I would ever sign a lease after being spoken to like that. Definitely lost my business.

The people there were really nice, they listened and understand stuff. The front desk hector was very patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions and didn’t have a problem with the things we were asking. They take very good care of the roommates they put with you and are over all very friendly people.

I recently moved into the Verge and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff here! Even though our fridge was broken, they made sure to get it fixed as soon as possible and even got me and my roommate pizza while our fridge was still broken along with supporting us for groceries! The apartment itself is lovely and cozy and i’m so glad I moved here! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in greeley!

When I had moved in the room was disgusting and everything was worn down and definitely not meet the standards that I was expecting from what I was shown by the property management. Shortly after I moved in our dryer went out and was not repaired for over a month and we were not pro-rated on our rent. The property management never responds to emails or concerns or calls. The place is very much over priced and not a great place to live especially compared to the other apartments within the town. Because of these reason I did not resign a lease with the verge.

Absolutely horrific the rooms look nothing as promised!
The grossest indoor outdoor carpet and nasty kitchen tile. My daughter a student at UNC expected student housing is quite the contrary in fact she's in a room with somebody three times her age has dogs and is a filthy slob my daughter is allergic to dogs and she's expected to live with them anyway because she failed to check a little box I can't say enough to be where of this place beware of the lease agreement you signed because it sure looks a lot different when you get it in the PDF form then when you sign it in the first

My daughter and her friend's experiences here were the worst; horrible living conditions, BED BUGS, & poor management.
First of all, be aware - these are not "student apartments." The website states "We take roommate matching very seriously..." This couldn't be further from the truth. My daughter's specific requests were ignored. Some of our negative experiences with roommates at this facility include violence, continuous drug and alcohol abuse by 30-50 year old roommates placed with college students, and even death. Again, to quote the website, "

I can't believe what a horrible place this is to live. The place was so dirty when my daughter moved in and they won't do anything to help. My daughter is trying to pay rent and they charge $19.00 to pay with a debit card and keep messing up with her checking account and now she has to go get a money order. The girl I talked to that run the finance office is so young had no idea what to say or do her name is Sierra Tower. This place lies and are impossible to work with. They make you sign a lease to find you a room, don't find you one. We had to move so rented a different place now they say we are on the hook for a whole year. They don't call back, they don't help and every time you call they tell you something different. Do not trust this place and do not sign anything! They brag about how full they are but will not withdraw the lease. We will likely be getting an attorney

If there were less than one stars this would be the place. Horrible communication, won't work with you, can't call back for several days, completely unprofessional staff. Didn't even respond to us and now they say we are bound to a lease even when they have no availability. What a crock. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
