For internet, they have “Spectrum Community Solutions Wifi”. You have no other choice for internet and it’s added directly into your monthly lease at $85 a month.
I have had issues with the internet here since day one from insufficient bandwidth to now - no internet at all for the second day. The leasing office merely refers you to Spectrum… and I am still waiting to hear when a repair person will be out to fix the problem or replace the equipment. By the way, the equipment is installed in a secured panel so as a resident you have no access to it.

This apartment complex might look nice but it's honestly been a nightmare since day one. I have held off on writing a review for a long time, but today was the day.. when I saw that this company charged me twice for rent and the new management team decided the best course of action was the keep it as a credit to my account, leaving me in a really tough financial spot. Along with absurd management, the construction of the place is concerning. There have been multiple sinkholes and long repairs needing to be made in parking lots and driveways making it fairly inconvenient to navigate to my apartment

After a flood in my home, my insurance company and I scrambled to find a suitable place to live...Waterford was the perfect choice! The amenities are exceptional, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the apartments are beautiful! And if you have a dog, this place is the place for you! Between all the dogs in the neighborhood and the centrally located fenced in dog park, my pups are happy campers. I would highly recommend this place.

My family had a house fire and after a month in a hotel room, I found Waterford at Sugarcreek. Gaby and Sarah are spectacular, they actually cared about getting my family and I in a more stable housing situation. They fought the insurance to assure we had a nice home while ours is getting rebuild. I would highly recommend these homes.

I recently moved to the Waterford community about a month and a half ago. The units are still very new and nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances, high ceilings on the top floor, with plenty of natural sunlight. The community is very quiet in the evenings, which is something I thoroughly cherish at this point in my life. Julia was fabulous with showing me around the property and answering all my questions. I’ve also had the pleasure to meet with Lindsay a couple times and she is extremely friendly and always open for a chat. I would give Waterford 5+ stars if they offered some sort

Moving across state lines during a pandemic is no easy feat, but Waterford at Sugarcreek made it incredibly seamless! Sarah and Julia were so incredibly kind and patient in sending over virtual tours, answering questions quickly, and coordinating the whole move-in process. The apartment is even better in person than I could have imagined; it's really more like a condo. The finishes are modern and appliances run like new! The area is also beautiful, right across sweet arrow reserve! There is also everything you need very close by - Target, Costco, Krogers, etc. Truly couldn't have picked a better

We moved in at the end of August. The staff got us moved in within a week and we appreciated that so much! The apartments are well taken care of, spacious, and have high ceilings. Ceiling fans are very nice to have! The unit offers a generous amount of natural light and having our own private entrance is wonderful! The office staff is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues we may have!

So much for “luxury apartments”... lived in our unit for approx. 6 months, when we moved in filled out the lease inspection form we mentioned multiple issues, blinds that won’t work, tact strips on carpet are… poking through carpet in bedrooms, windows are so poor there is constantly moisture on inside as mildew is having to be cleaned... all things that were brought to attention of previous manager, none of which were addressed. My fiancé and two friends were meeting our other friend who lives at this apartment at the pool. They happened to arrive a little earlier than said friend. As my fiancé arrived a lady approached her to inform her that they do not allow glass in the pool area. She was obviously informed to this law as any normal human being that's been to a pool ever in their life is. The lady informed her that it wasn't allowed in an the vicinity of the pool. Where do I start! Paying that much you would expect top tier service...NOT!
They were jerks from the start. Talking down to the rental insurance agent on the phone the first day I had an interaction with them. Then, I needed to know when I was moving out what the prorated rent would be and they couldn't tell me!
I recommended my friend to move in… here (before I knew how bad it was). They have a dishwasher that has been leaking for weeks. They have done nothing about it and been jerks to her as well.
Do you like walking for blocks outside when it is cold? Get used to it if you want to throw

Waterford at Sugarcreek checked off boxes on my wish list with their amenities. I signed my lease and was excited to move in. Upon arrival, work order was placed for better lighting, as it gets very dark at night for those who live in the back of the buildings, and have a long walk from parking lot to apartment. I brought up importance of safety,… has been unresolved. Lighting around the club house went out, work order put in, delayed response.
