My fiancé and I are so excited to be moving here in just a few short weeks. Our experience from the very start has been nothing but great! Kenya has been so sweet and patient and really cares about her residents and everyone she meets!

First of all, I must say I feel for anyone in this industry right now who is still navigating the challenges that come with Covid and a volatile market. My wife and I have caught the brunt of these challenges and others on a customer end while searching for our next home. The lack of units available to begin with paired with the inability to tour most properties makes for a stressful and unpleasant renting experience. Walking into Rise at Signal Mountain was a breath of fresh air. As we pulled in, we were pleased to see a clear and welcoming leasing office at the forefront of the property. Walking

I Have Yet To Live Here Which is Why I am only giving 4 Stars. However , My Experience here so far has been so amazing in terms of finding apartment availability and with my application process as well as questions or concerns I had. Both Bonnie and Ashley have done the absolute best to help me with everything. Bonnie went above and beyond with helping us find an apartment to apply to with a move in date that worked with our end of lease date from a different apartment . Definitely recommend anyone taking a look at these apartments if you are looking to move near here. Even if I don’t end up

Never drive your car or anything for that matter into this complex. After being a guest I woke up to my truck gone. They towed my truck making it almost impossible to recover. After given the wrong tow company with 3xtreme attitude I finally found my truck and had to pay $250 cash.
I don't recommend anyone pulling in there or living there unless you plan on never having a guest!!!

I truly wish I could put zero stars for this place. There is a reason this place only has poor reviews. If there are good reviews it's because the complex has offered raffles, ect for good ones. Please just trust what you read and do not move here.
I don't even know where to start we lived here for 2 years on the dot and had more problems rather than good experiences. Firstly management is the most rude and unprofessional group of girls I have ever experienced. I am just going to bullet point my bad experiences to make it easier to understand.

I have lived here for for about 4 months now. I absolutely love the experience. I am happy with with my apt. Maintenance is on-point. I recently had a 3 day hospital stay. I called and spoke with Bonnie. I asked if she would allow entry into my apt so that my boss could bring some things to the hospital. She was happy to oblige. She called me a week later to check on me after my stay. I was very appreciative as she went out of her way to make sure I was okay. I gave 4 stars because of a small security issue that has been addressed and noted with the leasing office.

Dealt with construction during lease. Neighbors were insane and loud, mold in the ceilings and balcony door, and a cockroach problem. Pool didn’t open until mid summer and had it shut down because residents keep spilling glass in pool. I received a parking pass that had hairs and was ripped, therefore my car was towed. When I moved in the apartment it was dirty and missing the renovations that they promised. The cleaning lady walked in on my apartment when I moved in with my boxes (Rise forgot to clean before I arrived). Overall, this was the worst lease experience. If you’re thinking of moving

Overall not a bad living experience, all things considered. I wish we would have been made aware before moving in for our one year lease that the entire apartment complex would be undergoing construction - starting about a month after we moved in until the time we will move out. Whenever all of the renovations are complete though I think the apartment complex will be a nice place to live.

I completed a 13-month lease at The Rise, and we just moved out this week. I was sad to leave because we had nothing less than a fantastic experience! It’s close to downtown, clean, has great amenities, and the staff has consistently been professional, communicative, helpful, and kind over the last year. Again, I didn’t want to stop living here (roommate situation changed), and I would recommend my friends and family to check it out if they were looking for an awesome apartment close to downtown Chattanooga. 10/10! Ashley has been such a helpful and kind property manager! Check it out!

We have lived here for almost a year now and it is my husband's and mine's first apartment living experience. We have enjoyed living here a lot! It's a great location! Close to hiking, grocery store, and downtown. The office staff are super nice and has always been quick to answer and help any time I can or stop in the office. The few maintenance requests we have made have been fixed quickly and efficiently. There has been one or two requests that have been left undone, but none that are a big deal. The one downside is that we have seen some roaches and spiders, but I think that is mostly because

This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever rented. Beware of the hidden costs of almost $300 they try to stick you with when moving out. Apparently they need the money that bad to tack these on without tenants knowledge when signing the lease. Our deposit was never given back because apparently it was a "move in" fee. I've never had a move in fee at any other place!? Just rent somewhere else.

First of all the apartments look NOTHING like this!!!! Second of all the outdated apartments fail in every area. My closet had 2 inch nails holding them up. I request brackets prior to move in. I was told i had too many clothes. Wait!!! What??? It then broke and Ashley the manager tried to charge me labor to repair YES LABOR AND SUPPLIES. I blew up social media and they then repaired and asked me to take down my reviews and I did. I now face THREE YES THREE BREAK INS and i suspect an inside job because a key was used. A police report has been filed and her response was you owe three months

I have lived in this complex for 10 years. It went through some rough times, a bankruptcy, problems with flooding and lack of competent management. With the management we now have in place it has transformed into one of the finest properties in this area. Improvements in amenities and landscaping make it a prime place to live. I feel safe here and that is a vital comfort to have. While anywhere can have problems we At the Rise Apartments have the support of the current management to help us handle any that come up. The rent increases over the last couple of years is the only negative I have an

Fine other than the fact that parking is the worst. My girlfriend's car was towed even though she was parked in front of the building she lives in and was impounded. She was not notified that it was gone and woke up to it just missing from the parking lot. The leasing office was very dismissive and unapologetic about the scenario and now she is out $185 for the impound fee. The property manager, when asked why she did not notify her about the car being towed was literally "MOST PEOPLE FIND OUT WHEN THEY TALK TO THE POLICE WHEN THEY REPORT IT AS STOLEN." Inexcusable and I would think

The absolute worst apartment complex known to man. Multiple maintenance calls the lead to nothing being done. The apartment wasn't even cleaned before moving in. They won't even update my window blinds like the rest of the apartments until I renew my lease.. Absolute garbage of management. And to top it off they have a tow truck come and pick up my new car after I had been in a wreck and lost the old paper tag they gave me for my parking permit. I hadn't been able to make it to the office for a new one yet since I work all day and have been dealing with school too. The tow company

The worst parking I've ever seen. WORSE than UTC parking and if you know you know how bad that is. I hate having to walk up a large hill every single night bc i work a job that requires me to work past 9 pm and after then you won't have a parking spot. I've had several roaches. Maintence comes to my apartment, but they never stay longer than 2 minutes. They never fix problems. Waste of money, don't live here. The rent is way too outrageous to never have a parking spot.

This is the most awful place to live in Chattanooga. I have had countless maintenance issues. I came home to my apartment flooded with 2 inches of water, my apartment at 80 degrees, the floor fell through in my bathroom, and they treat nothing like a priority. Hands down worst living experience I have ever had. 0/10. Please do not live here

I have had the worst experience with this apartment. The week I moved in, I realized it was infested with fleas. Black stuff, which I am positive is mold, was coming out of all of our water pipes, including the one we are supposed to drink out of. I then had a water leak in my bedroom, which I learned had already happened on several occasions and nothing was done about it. There was a mold spot that they had painted over three times above my bed. After the water leak occurred I notified the office who repeatedly told me there was "no mold in the apartment" and that the water was fine

I can't tell you the crap we've been through with the Rise AKA Mountain Brooke. The water bills are calculated through the whole building, not just each apartment, so even if you used literally NO water, you'd still be getting charged a ridiculous amount (about $65-90 a month for a 2 bedroom). Also, they didn't let us know or give us any courtesy calls about moving out. We only signed a ONE year lease, but since we didn't explicitly say we'd move out when our lease is up, we're now having to pay an extra month (including water). CHOOSE ANOTHER APARTMENT.

Even if this is the last place left for you to stay, you would be better off living alone in the wilderness; with the number of spiders and roaches here it would be about the same feel. This has been the worst experience I have ever had living in apartments from the bugs, the break ins, the HORRIBLE people in the front office, and the even worse maintenance. We have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. The bugs are everywhere and there were multiple occasions where we had someone break into our home and the office did nothing. The pool is always dirty(if its even open) and we haven
