Avoid this place at all costs, Living here has become a complete nightmare since Greystar took over. Understandably the world is going through a staff shortage and unfortunately that’s decreased the probability of staffing qualified individuals in roles such as, office management. Which sadly, I’m sure, doesn’t include much training opportunities for these positions. Although I wish empathy and compassion could be taught, it can’t. Please prioritize your mental health and rent elsewhere.

The management staff is some of the best. They are always so kind, helpful, and if there is an issue, they’re on it right away. Amanda is so incredibly helpful & has been such a pleasure!! The location of this place is amazing. Right next to Mill Ave, minutes away from the airport, lots of stores, and right next to Tempe Town Lake.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have lived here since early 2018 and am signing to another lease today! Both the staff in the office are kind and helpful and on top of all the information about what is going with the complex. They are constantly working and it's inspiring how much they do for us. There is regular communication with the tenants via email or text and I can't say how much I appreciate it. Riverside even rustled up some food trucks to come out for us on Thursdays! The maintenance workers never stop working. They are thorough, prompt, and also amazing people. They have done so many

I recently moved in here and I have to say so far I love it! I got an updated unit and love the little touches around the apartment. Andrea helped me with my move in and was super sweet and welcoming. I met Amanda the next and she was very knowledgable and helpful with all my questions. They even stepped in when I was having trouble with the internet provider which they definitely didn't have to do and I'm so thankful. The neighbors I've met have been friendly too and it has a community feel to it which is nice when you're new to town.

Management isn’t great at communicating to tenants and has a massive roach problem!
We’ve bombed out apartment 2 times and roaches will crawl day of! THEY’RE IN THE WALLS. (They have a contacted exterminator to come weekly, but won’t let you know he’s coming to your apartment to spray!)
Management is AWFUL at responding to emails but will mass sends emails AND TEXTS of weekly food truck.
The worst thing about management by far, is they don’t keep records ! they they will speak over complaints, absolutely refuses taking responsibility, going as as far as accusing tenants!

I've lived here for over a year now & the property has been taken well care of & is situated close to all the best parts of Tempe. I'm writing particularly, however, to express my gratitude for the helpfulness of staff here. Yesterday I put in a request to have my plumbing checked and less than 24 hours later, I had 2 nice folks named Aaron & Brando come in to fix everything that needed fixing. They were very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, & respectful. Aaron & Brando are the kinds of people who make living here more secure, stable, & worthwhile. Thanks so much, Riverside!

I lived there for 17 months till May 2019( two lease period). The apartment was great and newly renovated. The place is quite with walk able distance to the Tempe town lake. I never had any issue with management either, they were quick to respond every time.
The only problem is in the night you will fear walking inside the apartment to do laundry or to get filtered water, as strange people keep coming and mostly found digging the dustbin. I find it scary though they never did anything.
Other than that I thank the management for their services and making our stay comfortable.

Have been living here since 2018. Had no major problem with the management. Very close to the airport, mill ave and at the same time far from major grocery stores. The new management seems to be doing some new upgrades to the property.
4 stars because the new management is charging us 75$ extra every month for extending the lease for another 6 months. Would have agreed if they renovated the apartment unit.
