At first this place really seemed so great, and if you look around it again seems really great. But! once the keys are in your hands you’re just another $ and their ready to start draining you of all of it. Even during the pandemic there wasn’t any mercy or compassion for anyone. There’s crime here, your car will be broken into or towed, the upgraded units are cheaply built and fall apart, or they don’t come fully upgraded when you pay for it. The staff are desensitized which is really disappointing considering how nice they are at first. But yea, in the end If you need a decent place to

Bobbie is fantastic! The apartments speak for themselves however she still went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and approval of the apartment was beyond a simple yes. We legitimately liked circ. Okay I loved it. It was almost perfect. Had a small issue with sewage back up but I was so blinded by everything else that I didn't care. Greystar, well, they're average. Honestly aside from signing my lease I didn't interact with the office once. So, why the 2 star?
Here we are, happy in our apartment, lease renewal time comes up and we get a letter on our door. To renew our lease would require our rent to go up $200! In the middle of a pandemic! Very overpriced, especially since some of the handy work is questionable. We just have holes in our wall in our bathroom because someone couldn't properly install a rag holder. The parking is pretty bad, definitely not helpful if you drive a truck or another large vehicle. Sometimes you have to park several thousand yards away, I've even had to park on the opposite side of the property because there was nowhere to park. There's also a lot of non-optional hidden fees, they make you pay $25 a month just to take your trash out with valet service... This is ridiculous, especially when you live 100

This is a very nice apartment complex and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cathy has been of huge help since I moved in and she’s always making sure that everything goes well with me and my living conditions whenever she sees me.
People of all ages live here and it’s definitely a very friendly environment. I totally recommend it, especially for young adults who are looking for a good place to live in as they settle down.
