Was told garage is not cleaned yet when I paid $100 for it and given a “temporary” one far away from my apartment then when it was finally cleaned it was sold to someone else, my bike was stolen from in front of my door and I was told it’s only one camera and we don’t have the power to access them. A dent was put in my garage and I was given the shoulder shrugs by the Mexican glasses guy who never has a solution for any problem. MOLD IN BATHROOMS. Neighbors tell the office all of your business so keep it down with the thin walls. Do not move here PLEASE

If you are considering moving to this complex I would suggest considering one of the other fine properties DFW has to offer because this one is not it.
I moved into this complex in August of 2021 & have been dealing with ROACHES since I moved in (see attached photos). The staff has done a great job at sending the pest control out but it is now going on 3 months & I still have roaches, I am currently looking to break my lease because it’s clear they aren’t going anywhere.
My suggestion is that if you are looking

Highly dissatisfied with the new management. My wife has asked them to come and clean the outside of our building for 2 months now. The only thing they could say was our maintenance is doing more important work right now. Why is the maintenance doing this anyway, shouldn’t they hire a professional company to come and pressure wash this disgusting property?!? It’s only 2 maintenance workers for the whole property and they will never get to our building at that rate. The tenants in my building are just as frustrated as we are. This may be small to them because they don’t live here but we pay

This property cares more about upgrading older apartments for future tenants than making sure the existing tenants are being satisfied. When we pay our rent that shouldn’t just cover the inside of the apartment but it also covers the outside surrounding areas. Trash is every where even though we pay 3 trash fees. Not sure when the last time management made sure the buildings were cleaned (the stairs or the bridge-ways on the upper floors). Also, I’m not sure the last time we received notices for violations on the property of dog owners not picking up after there dogs. Be aware some dogs are

LORENZO is a FANTASTIC addition to the maintenance team! He's professional and very polite. Best of all, Lorenzo knows what he's doing! He is very skilled. He and Martin have greatly improved the maintenance problems we've had for the six years I've lived at this complex. If only we had two Lorenzos and two Martins, we residents would be in much better shape! I've stayed this long here b/c of the great location, and the tree line view from my windows. It is seriously over-priced for the age and general condition of the property, however.

The apartments are nice so far I’ve been here for about two weeks and it looks like they consistently keep one of the doors to the pool locked so you have to walk around and for the first week and a half I was here the pool is completely closed not sure why no one would tell us. Maintenance comes and takes care of anything quickly as long as you place the order online
