Nerves serve as the communication system of our bodies, sending important messages to and from the brain so that proper functioning can take place. Injuries to the nerves can result in significant disturbance of communication and often results in warning signals such as pain. When nerves are injured, it's important to heed these warning signals because nerves don't easily regenerate and some damage may not be reversible.

My physician sent them a referral on March 30th and I have not heard back from them in almost a month. This is after several calls, voicemails and emails in an attempt to get a response from them. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend that anyone waste their time with this place.

I've been waiting a week for medication that was prescribed at my initial visit. They have not returned the several phone calls I have placed trying to learn the status of my medications. It's almost impossible to speak to a real person. I work in health care so I know quality of care and so far I haven't experienced it.

If your cash pay this is a fine Office if you’re using commercial medical insurance I personally was told by the office manager it is my job as the patient to make sure the doctor orders the correct test and the correct tests are done before my scheduled procedure! She told me this office is way too busy with way too many patients in insurances they cannot be responsible for that!!!! And it’s a good thing I did it because I would’ve been stuck with it over $3000 bill!!!! None of this would’ve been applied to my medical deductible because the medical insurance denied the authorization!!

I worked with Dr Wakeshima about 5 years ago. He was my workman's compensation Dr. He never listed to me always on his recorder, I was give an EMG to early and the test came back normal. 5 years later could have really bad Ulnar nerve damage. He did not believe a word I said and dismissed my case as if I was faking it. Well guess what, I wasn't. Thanks Dr. Wakeshima!

The staff has always been courteous and attentive. I've seen other doctors in the past for my back condition, but have had the best improvement at Mile High.

This is absolutely one of the most UNPROFRESSIONAL medical offices I have ever visited or dealt with. The Staff cared FAR more about ensuring Burke would be paid than they cared about me as the patient. She even had her Staff follow me to the Exam room & further harass me there to ensure she could exhaust my auto accident policy (which she did). This was laterlater conf by one of her Staff members it was HER who insisted they obtain the financial data PRIOR to her agreeing to see me. I almost missed my appointment due to this harassment. Had they filled the claim through my Primary Insurance, they

Don't waste your time. I've called several times and left several messages for Jonathan. He never calls back. He is very lackadaisical in his work. They are always late/behind. Don't plan on "working" that day, because you will spend a long time waiting.
Which is to bad, because Dr. Burke seems to be a great doctor.
I am going somewhere else!

Went in for a referral came out with $1371.00 bill. Dr. CHANG pathetically poked on me and said your fine. Turns out I have a torn rotator cuff. He took no x-rays, no MRI and prescribes me a medication not covered by my insurance company. I don't understand how this man is a doctor or how this practice stays in business. Just look at all the 1star reviews and avoid this place like the plague.

While I had good impressions with Dr. Chan, office staff greatly lacked professionalism. In person and over the phone I was treated like an inconvenience simply for seeking more information, never received a call back when I left a message to get more information about potential long term effects of a procedure, and then was given attitude from someone (perhaps at the surgery center-- it was unclear) who didn't get the message that I canceled my appointment days in advance of my appointment. I would recommend Dr. Chan for his field, but will not be returning.
