St. Paul Health Center has been a godsend for us. My son Ed has been here since May 2015 due to a degerative brain condition. We visited several facilities prior to choosing St. Paul's and we remain happy with his care. He likes the staff and they like him. PT, OT, and speech therapy services there are top-notch; he is in their regenerative services program and receives periodic tune-up services as needed. Ed was hospitalized on three occasions with auto-immune brain disease episodes. In ech case staff were immediately responsive and then on top of his rehabilitation after discharge from the hospital

This place is terrible don’t let the pictures on the website fool you. It’s dirty, smells like urine and the food there is nasty. My grand father was only there for about 4-5 days he was neglected. The staff didn’t pay attention to him and ignored him a few times he ended up falling. So glad we took him out of this place.

So the location is is awesome I gave it five stars for that the building is nice I gave it three stars for that the staff it depends on what floor you go to I gave that 2 Star‘s . the Cna‘s again depends on what floor and if you can find them let alone differentiate between Cna‘s and LPNs and if a RN is walking AROUND. There’s a lot of people who work there social workers maintenance custodians electricians cooks but they’re all behind doors you have to look for these people and good luck getting through the phones after 5 o’clock you’re on your own it goes to whoever feels like picking

Absolute danger to health and wellness of all patients. DO NOT COME HERE!!! No prescriptions given withen 2 hrs of time designated. Nursing staff overwhelmed. One nurse per floor to care for 20+ patients. Doctor access non-exsistant. Food consists of white bread, processed cheese, jello and cold cuts. No greens. These ppl try to fight obesity on a diet only a first grader could love. Hours required for resolution of medical questions. Tried to explain issuses and literally laughed at.# 1pm feb. 17 2018 God help senior residents unable to ask love ones for help.

My father was lucky enough to get into this Center where he had some of the best care. Was very happy with the charging always being consistent something we didn't have at previous places, good equipment to assist my dad as needed. The care up and past his passing was great, was happy we were able to be there.

This was my 88 year old mother's 2nd rehab facility. Although St. Paul's is an older facility, not in the best neighborhood, it is very clean and well cared for, just like their patients. The entire staff is wonderful, very diverse, as are the residents. My mother felt at home from the minute we walked in the door even though it wasn't at all her demographic. They constantly demonstrated genuine kindness, an exceptional level of care and willingness to form a real relationship with every single resident. We experienced no issues with medications and slow to respond staff like we

I spent month here for care and recovery after surgery. They are seriously understaffed. I was given no information upon my arrival- I didn't even know my room number, anything about my medicine schedule, meals, or how to find TV channels until late the following afternoon when a friend visited me and went to the office to get some help. Only then did I see someone- the financial manager who explained how things worked and what to expect. After that, it was still difficult to have a shower (I could not do it alone, and it had to be requested and scheduled). My bed was not changed regularly. Once

Unfortunately, my father entered the hospital two days before he was to move into St. Paul Health Center and has now passed away, but I wanted to write them an amazing review for their admissions policies and for admissions counselors Brooke and Robin.
I needed a VA placement for my father quickly and was being turned down by all of the facilities on the VA's contract list. I was being told that his medications cost more than the VA contract would cover, and that I couldn't pay the difference or bring the meds in myself. When I contacted St. Paul, I told them of my difficulties and
