I have lived here for 3 years and really like it. The office staff do a great job and make me feel like a valued and appreciated tenant. Jorge, Michelle and Brianna make a great team and really want this to be a great place to live. Michelle and my case manager coordinated really well and that gave me the chance to get back on my feet after a cancer diagnosis. I really appreciate them a lot!

BE PREPAIRED TO BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES EACH MONTH.
They charge you $40 per month to rent a washer and dryer that comes in the apartment, and if you don't want to pay that you're not allowed to bring your own washer and dryer.
They'll charge you $25 per month to have someone pick up your trash (plus another $10 with the same description), and not allow you to take it out on your own as they lock the dumpster.
They are also charging an additional $60 per month for "INTERNET INCOME" even when you're not using their internet service (xfinity

We moved in and found bedbugs in the apartment. I had never experienced dealing with bedbugs until we moved here. I'm 99% sure that the bugs were here before we came. So we called the office and complained.
They gave us the run around and told us that it wasn't their fault, we probably brought them ourselves, (real motel 6 manager vibes) etc.. We tried to fight them and get them to pay for the bedbug removal. Of course they refused. Treatment for bedbugs costs $200 per room treated. So we got that done but it didn't stop them.
After months of buying poisons, constant vacuuming, sealing rooms

Country lake is the place to live!!!! We have lived here for almost 2 years and have absolutely loved it! The amount of space that we have in our unit is immaculate. We have never had any problems with anything in our apartment which has been so comforting. Along with the amount of space, we love having our own washer and dryer and our own parking space!Its so nice that we dont have to leave our apartment area to do laundry and that our parking is nearby. Whenever we do come across any issues within our apartment, which are always minimal, maintenance is always such a great help and we never have

An absolutely abhorrent company to rent from. We moved out of our Salt Lake City apartment on 7/16 and cleaned our apartment, only to be slapped with nearly $500 in move-out charges on top of them keeping our $400 deposit. As they did not send us an itemized list of what we were paying for (who does that??) we had to request it, only to see we were being charged for carpet replacement.

Very helpful staff and quick maintenance. They are very good at keeping up with the live ducks on the property and the mess that comes with being able to have them.
Friendly community and good ammentities and services.
A bit of a lack of communication: apparently there is a dumpster on the property but it's been 2 months and I can't find one??? Vallet trash helps for the most part but I don't want to set boxes outside my door to be picked up. Feels rude.
The parking is VERY limited and YOU WILL GET TOWED if you don't park appropriately. It's almost impossible to find parking after 7 or 8 most

Upgrading my review to five stars because we’ve lived here over almost a year now and have been having a great experience.
Beautiful landscaping, duck pond with baby ducks everywhere in the spring, grassy dog park, beautiful gym, fair rental cost, close proximity to downtown, nice management, fun activities hosted by the office (like Bingo), our neighbors are great, overall just very pleased. Only con is the finishes are a tad outdated, but that helps keep the costs reasonable so I’m very okay with it. I would recommend this complex for sure!
