I love the look and the feel of the community I also love the amenities. I was hesitant on moving into the complex because of the previous reviews about
Noise complaints. The complex didn’t have any top floor apartments available when I moved in… needless to say I can hear everything from the unit above me. I can hear pets running I can hear the tenants yelling, and at 4am when they drop something It wakes me out of my sleep so beware of that. Peaceful nights are impossible here. People also grill on the balconies talk about hazardous….

I wish I could give this complex zero stars. You will get charged an insane amount of fees. Also, why bother having a deposit when they charge you $700 over your deposit amount for brand new carpet when you move out! Our carpet was not damaged in the least. Clean, didn’t smell, no pets. Watch out for this place….they are snakes and have the most outrageous fees! On another note, their staff do not return emails or calls. We’ve had many instances where we’ve had to reach out multiple times to get a response. And I know they’re not busy, every time we’d walk down by the office they’d

I moved 07.08.2021 and so far it’s on and off with this building. On July 15 I decided to go downstairs to take a swim. I was in the hot tub and was having a conversation in my own world. When a older lady decides to turn around and tell me “ YOU NEED TO BE QUIET “ so I’m taken back and the other person on the phone can hear her. She turns back to her friend and says “ she doesn’t even live here “. I am a black 22 year old woman. I felt very out of place. I felt upset. The apartment is very nice. Other tenants we have met are very nice. Difficulties we have encountered include the following: 1) not happy dealing with ATT for television and internet service, 2) yesterday the trash receptacle was overflowing and malodorous (it stunk), and 3) parking is a problem in the evening.

Love my apartment, do not love the management. Unfortunately they forget they are in the service industry. After the property was sold the quality has gone down hill. The staff has attitudes and maintenance requests are never fully completed.

Don't Rent at This Property. Here's my experience.
I've been living here with my family and it's been one issue after the other. I've lived in other luxury complexes before but nothing… comes close to how bad the building quality here, less than average customer experience, and the never-ending fees that they burden their residents with. (& how I got told one time if I didn’t be quiet outside in the balcony

When preferred Living owned Luxe it was the most high end luxurious place to live and well worth the money. Coastal Ridge has accepted anyone and everyone to live here now allowing it to be dirty and not secure. Also allowing someone to run an illegal “spa” business out of 3 apartments letting anyone and everyone stay here if they pay. It’s filthy and they don’t ever clean or seem to care. We are moving ASAP for better security as we have had someone walk into our apartment without knocking on 2 different occasions. Do not waste the money.

Unless things around here change soon, we probably won’t be renewing our lease. Amenities are frequently out of stock and need cleaned. I feel the security is compromised now that resident is renting our her space for luxury getaways to strangers. This is turning into a commercial building, not residential. So, is this the kind of place you want to pay top dollar for?

Love this apartment, this has hands down been one of my favorite apartments I've lived in Columbus. My bf and I have lived here for close to 7 months now and feel compelled share how much we love this apartment and our experiences thus far. First time living in preferred living apartments, but so far so good. Rent may sounds like on the higher side but it worth the money. Luxe have all the amenities you would want in luxury apartment; theater, infinity pool/hot tub which opens 365 days, complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, computer lab, 24hr gym and yoga studio, massage, tanning room and etc

Lot of issues. Shower head doesn't have enough holes as well as basin faucet water flow is slow. Maintenance staff isn't available when needed.

The staff here provides unparalleled customer service! I have experienced firsthand them going above and beyond to resolve any and all issues that I have encountered while living here. Although few, mainly minor, and some of which were beyond their control, they still took it upon themselves to take care of me. I lived in downtown Chicago for over a decade, and had 24/7 doormen that could not provide the level of attention that I get from the staff here! Thank you!

We've been living at the Luxe for roughly 5 months now and we absolutely love it. They have all the amenities you would want in a luxury apartment: pool, gym, movie theatre, etc. Not to mention, they go above and beyond with having massage services, complimentary coffee, tea and nuts.
The staff is what we love the most, they are always friendly… and super helpful. Carly in particular has been the most amazing since we've been here, helping us with countless things and always having a smile.
