Services
NOTE: Both packages require a minimum portfolio balance of $500 per unit under management. Leases are tailored to each property to cover unique needs and to ensure you receive maximum protection. Once a qualified applicant is selected, we'll negotiate lease terms, collect a security deposit and schedule their move-in.
All adults who will live in the property must be parties to the household application, or must submit their own applications. Be sure to honestly (we automatically decline any applicant that is not truthful) and completely fill out the application. Wage, commission or salary employment: please provide your most recent pay stubs reflecting the your year-to-date income.
Once your tenants move out, the clock starts ticking. To minimize your vacancies, we preschedule everything that needs to be done before the next lease starts. This includes inspecting, cleaning, prepping and marketing. The less time your property sits vacant, the better the revenue. If your tenant is late or misses a payment, we use legal leverage to either bring them current or, in some cases, remove them from the property.
