I’ve lived here since about 2017 it was a great place then . Since I moved to a two bedroom unit ! All good at first but for the last year after new tenants below nothing but roaches! This is nothing less than a south of the boarder drug complex now it’s sad because it was good at first . Quite place back then, not now ! Rent raise every year regardless and if your not paying attention they will raise in-between , also they don’t tell you leases are for years be careful before singing!

My family and I have lived at Orchard Garden Apartments for a fewish years and I really enjoy the family atmosphere of the fellow renties (kinda like cheers) where everyone knows everyone. The management here is wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better place to raise a family or a small heard of cats for the "lonely" renties(you know who you are) If I could I would give smoot and his crew 11ish stars because they go above and beyond.. Way to go!

The worst rental experience I've ever had, and I paid 100 dollars less somewhere else that treated their tenants worlds better. If maintenance responds at all, they don't even finish the job if there's a sports game they want to get home to. Jobs, mind you, that were caused by the previous tenants. Our neighbor told us the previous tenants kicked the front door in, a patch job was done, and we're now charged 300 dollars for it. Management is super shady, smug, and rude. No one cleans up after their pets, everyone smokes, and they use the absolute cheapest blinds, doors... etc. They installed blinds
