No recent feces in the hallway. However, I find it frustrating that a lot of the amenities don't work. The third floor lounge has fire pits (which I know how to use) and only have worked once. One of the managers came up--which I appreciated, however it took us a half hour to get one to work. The other two times I tried it, it didn't work. There's also a fire pit on the indoor third floor lounge which doesn't work. Another tenant who's been living here since it opened, said she never saw it work before. There are exceedingly few times that I see fit to write a negative review. Yet, here I feel compelled to do so. In my short time at Riverpoint, there have been repeated unauthorized entries into my apt, water gushing from the ceiling in the apt due to a fire above me, a shooting/murder in an apt (yes, in apt with mere drywall between the units), and an armed robbery in the parking garage. Adding a cherry on top of those experiences, after I gave notice to terminate the lease due to all of the aforementioned because I no longer felt safe raising a child in the building and we choked down the massive

While the water views and amenities are beautiful, I advise caution if you’re planning on moving in. In September there was a murder in one of the units. Yesterday someone was robbed at gunpoint in one of our parking garages in the middle of the afternoon, and management failed to let us know the relevant details (they sent out a general email telling us that there was a “theft.”) I do not feel safe living here at this time.

Super impressed with Riverpoint since I moved in. Travis was great in helping me find the right unit. The leasing staff are responsive and accommodating if you need assistance, especially Heidi. Concierge and maintenance professionals are incredibly friendly. The finishes in the apartment are great, the appliances in the kitchen are sleek and modern and the in- unit washer/dryer are the best I've ever had living in DC. Thanks Riverpoint team!

I just want to give a shout-out to the leasing the team for being amazing so far throughout my lease as the pandemic after effect has effected me this property has made it less stressful to get through it . Thank you for your patience ! Awesome community and I would recommend to anyone .

At this moment in time I would not recommend moving here. Management is not monitoring the partying at the pool at night. Lots of smoking and glass bottles. Sept 16 there was a murder in the building. Following morning a woman was found passed out in our lobby naked under a blanket. Hooka pipe, champagne and tequila nearby. Riverpoint was one of thee most responsive apartment complex among a selection of 5-10 complexes I choose from. It was extremely difficult to have someone answer the phone and I never had the thought with Riverpoint. Among the 3 or 4 reps that I spoke with from Riverpoint they were all courteous and responsive. The move-in was smooth thanks to Ashley, Maggie, Travis and Omar.

Very well managed organization. They will address to your apartments needs. Definitely I will recommend to other tenants.

Tried to call and email for a week to speak to a leasing agent to look at a pent house or equivalent. They didn’t respond to any of inquiries or return calls. Finally got a hold of a leasing agent and she was incredibly rude. I’ll take my $ elsewhere. Service is important.

We chose RiverPoint because of the availability of ADA-compliant apartments with water views, quiet neighborhood, limited street traffic, and the fact that this family owned property truly understood our complex circumstances and met our needs.
