We moved in late summer and have had a great experience thanks to Jennifer Maldonado, our leasing associate who moved us in. We have had a few small apartment living isues but she has been able to assist us with everything. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the issue is resolved with timely follow up and is quick to respond not only through email but also by phone. She truly cares for the residents and does all she can to make their living experience as best as it can be.

I was perfectly content paying rent with my credit or debit card but now they have forced a rewards card program on to residents and if you refuse to use that then you have to use auto pay which will withdraw from a checking account. I find that to be completely abhorrent. This shouldn’t be forced on us.

Not having a good time renting here. Most of the appliances have been old and worn down. The amenities I’m paying for i can’t use because of Covid, but I’m still paying for them… staff has issues answering questions about when things will be available or when appliances can be fixed. Just sorry for the inconvenience. Multiple times someone has parked in my assign spot, but no one available to get a car towed for me. Overly priced complex with nature pests taking over as well.

People in the office never give you a call back. I was working on my application and needed some questions answered since yesterday 10am. Called them about 5 times total since yesterday and still no one has called me back. I spoke with Daniela, Steven , and the most rude of them all Michelle .
I am happy to say they have now lost my business. I’m just glad it was before I signed a lease of 12 months that I was able to see this is not the place for me and my family.

I would NOT recommend living at Grainte Point apartments. I don’t know where to even begin. I have been living here for almost three years. The day that I moved in they told me I was going to receive new carpet in my apartment. When it was move in day I got my keys and guess what? The keys wouldn’t open my apartment! So I went to the office and they told me my apartment wasn’t ready because my carpet was getting shampooed. I thought I was getting new carpet not getting the old one cleaned. Let’s fast forward a little.. the walls are so thin that you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor

Do not rent here I gave a $300 deposit here just to hold the apartment and it's been two weeks since my application was denied and I have not received my deposit back after being told I would have to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund. If they do stuff like that I would not even recommend living there. They will not return my call or respond to my emails I have sent to them multiple times but they will respond if you give them money.

Granite point has been our home for the past 3 years! I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.
The leasing staff is so friendly and they always go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and comfortable living in the community.
The maintenance staff is always prompt and very respectful when entering the apartment to get the job done!
All Freeways, gas stations, stores, urgent care clinics and many restaurants are close by. Parking is never an issue when family and friends visit! Amenities (pool, gym and computer center) are great as well.

The staff is amazing kind patient and always address issues in a timely manner. The apartment are nice size and if you have an issue the Maintenance men arrive in timely manner. The location is perfect you are close to interstate North and South and around 10 minutes to the airport. Yes Granite Point apartments is a great place to live.
