The complex used to be nice but it has gone down hill. For one the laundry facility is a mess and run down. The machines are always breaking down and don't properly wash, they look they have been around since the 80s. Maintenance has gone down hill as well, response times are slow now compared to the past. Parking is a mess, people are constantly parking in front of dumpsters or other spaces blocking other people in. The neighborhood has also gotten very rowdy, but I guess that's to be expected in a apartment complex in Perris. Vehicle break ins are common just an FYI. On a positive note, the management

When we first moved to this complex we were promises that we would be one of the first units to receive a washer and dryer (never came) and that they were going to change the empty gated block of cement into a playground (never happened). A year after this they promise a gym (no date set). The only units that have washer dryers are the employees and some of their "friends". This staff will fill you with empty promises to get you locked into a lease. When we first moved in the carpet was so hard as if they attempted to shampoo it and just left it there to dry yet they claimed it was new carpeting
