Had a bug issues when we moved in 2 years ago but the new bug guy they have is great and haven’t seen any ants or anything in almost a year. Maintenance takes forever to get done but they have a new owner with new people so hopefully it’ll get better. We like the neighbors and the office lady’s seem nice. We love our Townhouse and love how close it is to everything. The lady’s respond to texts usually very quickly. My only issue is maintenance but I would assume it’ll get better with the new company. They are supposed to be putting in a playground and sports equipment and are currently

I’ve lived here for a year. Had no issues. I go to transfer units and mind you I’ve been paying 1050 a month for the past year. Here’s pics of the units they tried to send me to. This place is disgusting. Her only thing she could say was, “they come out to die.”
I will be leaving this place. When I told her I’d like to request another unit she just said, “that’s all we got!”

My heater kept going out and they gave me a mini heater threw the winter. They were at my house about every other day. My heater was never fix and during the winter we had to buy a bigger heater since I have a 1 year at the time it got to cold my bathtub leaked for a month they try to fix it couldn't get the right plumbing I guess it was old. Took them a month to fix it and with out showering. Since it leaked the water would run down the walls to the down stairs living room. My kitchen sinks was clogged took them a few months to get it done while I was in Mexico the water spread all over the

Unfortunately, I lived there for a year and a half (or so). Before moving in, I expressed how much I did not want to live with bugs. We move in and not only were there bugs but ROACHES and an abundance of them. We call and complain, they send pest control. That was the process from beginning to the very end. Meaning, there was always an existence of roaches there. You can smell the roaches when you walk in. I feel like management did not care because they didn't have to live there. Also, we just did our final walkthrough. They have the audacity to charge us for new blinds, which were covered

Overall, it's been a pretty good place to live. It's in a relatively safe area, is relatively quiet, have had few major issues with bugs, almost no issues with neighbors other than weed smells and dog droppings. Maint and office staff are very nice and responsive to both calls and emails. The overall grounds are not very well maintained though; the buildings are falling apart, the side walks are not salted during snow, the paint work is shoddy and the mailboxes are beat up. It takes a long time for outdoor lights to be replaced and the gates are often broken. The rent continues to increase, however

We have lived here over a year, love the area shopping, restaurants, schools ECT all close by. The ladies in the office are fabulous always respectful and the new maintenance men are great! Safe neighborhood, our next door neighbors have become good friends. We enjoy the gatherings the office ladies have each season and holiday, pool parties at the beginning of summer to movies and popcorn in the courtyard in the fall. Love the washer and dryer in our apartment, and the wood like floors!
