The first moved in had no hot water in the kitchen for 6 months. Then they moved me to another apartment and it was just worse nothing worked and the sewer keeps back up. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and one burn on the stove didn't even work. Then rats problem and you could never get anything fixed. Then when you ask to be released from your lease because of all the problems you have had they want to charge you almost 2000. It not worth it. Plus had mold everywhere.

PSA: THEY HID MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE. SO NOW I WILL POST EVERYWHERE. I hope yall have time to read this review. Mrs. Dolly was the BEST property manager we had here.. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! First off, the property is poorly kept and ran down. You will NEVER get anyone in the office on the phone. They literally sit there and listen to it ring and will ignore it. Same with answering the door. If you put in work orders for your unit, the maintenance will never get done. I have to constantly go back and put new request in because they will go mark them complete. There is mold all over my bathroom

HORRIBLE. Never answers the phones and aren't there during business hours. Won't come and fix anything unless you complain and complain. I have multiple things in my apartment that have needed to be fixed... all from back in January! The other residents don't watch their kids and let them destroy the property leaving trash everywhere. Pool is never open during the summer, if it is it isn't open for long. The parking situation is a mess... not enough spaces for the number of apartments they have. The office staff has NOT been helpful at all... Rosie is the WORST. Any time you go to her with something

"Bait and Switch" My Mother (55+) was take advantage of while looking to stay at these apartments. She has low credit and a minimal income. An employee, by the name of Adrienne, told her that if she could prove her income was sufficient (3x more than the rent) then the apartment was hers. He then rushed her to get the $100 "Non Refundable" money order to pay fees to hold the apartment. I got the money and paperwork they requested to ensure all was well. I paid him personally and he confirmed the same to me. Five days later .... her application is denied from an outside company (Realpage) due to

My husband and I went to tour the townhouse. Everything seemed okay. The property looks run down but the townhomes are in the front and look better. Anyways, we told the new property manager that we were relocating from San Antonio and she was to follow up with us once the apartment was ready. Me and my roommate signed and was told we were going to have a 3 month lease. We go to see when the lease date ends and they tell us we agreed to a 1 year lease. They tell us we agreed to pay 3 months of the rent but we were under a year contact but When we signed it they told us “ 3 month”. So now we are having to pay 2000 to get out of it. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Never have had this happen before

Maintenance is very, very poor. Yes you can get a space for a reasonable price but the quality of the living space, and especially the parking lot! Is definitely not worth even half the price. Pest control is non existent and there is always problems with the water. You can call for the problem to get fixed but it is not handled in a timely manner or they just simply ignore it until you keep complaining.

I lived there for a full year. My first comment is about the staff. Very professional, courteous and ready to help. Office staff takes customer service to a very fine level. Even in circumstances when things did not went well, we keep a great customer-staff relationship. Maintenance team is efficient into their limits and to solve the small problems from day by day.
