All I can do is laugh while writing this review after spending $70 on a REFILL for my SHORT nail set that weren’t even half an inch passed my finger tips...They deserve NO stars & I do not recommend this place at all if ANY other nail salon is open.
I came an hour before they closed (8pm). Was told they “do not understand English” when asking about the price of a refill on my very SHORT set of nails beforehand. Then I got rushed to pick a color and sit down. With 2 people working on me at the same time, the whole process took 2 hrs. My nails were not shaped after the refill. My cuticles

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman that did my pedicure insulted me not knowing I understand her language. All the other workers there shared in the laugh. Trash nail shop. I was the last one laughing when I let dummy do my whole pedicure and then I didn't pay. Lmao

It’s very very awful place!! Don’t go there. They have an attitude and also they are races. The final look was badd! I didn’t even like it.. they took 75 dollars on short nails with 2 fingers designs which were awful! They also yell at you. They yelled at me because I wasn’t really getting what their saying. Bad place and bad service and it’s huge mess!!!! Not satisfied at all,

I used to go there but now they force you to get the most expensive pedicure if you ask them for the basic they don’t like to give it to you and once they do it it is so fast 14 minutes and poorly done that they don’t even buff your nails I did my eyebrows and all they did was a wax it took them .30seconds and I was out. I was wondering why it was so empty now I know why. PLEASE Don’t GO THERE total I paid $45.00

Terrible service! Unprofessional! I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone who values cleanliness or nail art. The establishment was filthy, and the nail tech made my feet bleed during the pedicure as she cut the cuticle. She did not mention she punctured the skin to the point of blood but instead added glue to piece my skin back together. I received a gel manicure french tip, and the final product was awful. I walked away with a $190 bill for two pedicures and one manicure. (the images below were photographed less than 4 hours after the services)

I went here like two weeks ago on a visit to Houston. I was trying to find a local nail spot so when I do move here I have my connections. Never again. It was a waste of my time and money. They did my nails and didn't have the print to put on them. So I ask for several different styles and they kept on telling me they didn't have it.
So I'm thinking to myself why so u have the styles on display then. Then they tired to force me to pick styles that they liked. I said no and that became a big issue with them. The girl who was doing my nails got up and left and was very nasty.

I went there for my birthday and the lady was trying to push an add on service on to my friend and being very rude. On top of that my cuticles were not cleaned out well, my nail polish lasted a day before it comply pealed away without me even picking on it. It’s been only three days since I was there and I already need my nails done again. I could have don’t it better myself and for way less than what I paid for.

That was the worst experience in my life. When I originally went in for my first set and spent $75 I was rushed and nail power was applied to thick as u can see in the pictures. I did not leave happy that day. I only return because 3 places told me they can't take them off. When I did return to have them removed, I was sat down immediately .I told them I only needed them remove then she pulled out nail tip and start to push under the set I had on. I said" i could have done this at home. by that time she had snatch off the entire pinky nail and did not care or try to make it right
