I gave this place a shot after 2 years away & ever since Lan left, I hadn’t come back. Not a good manicure + SNS. the color is nice. But there was no communication on how I wanted my nails, shape or form. Now it feels like I have little chiklet gums on my finger nails. 👎
The drills damn near sliced my cuticles and gunk all over my fingernails.

$50 bucks for this isn’t worth it, IMO.
I did appreciate the Christmas music and the gentlemen at the front desk. Very nice.

I stopped in 10min before they opened. There was only one other guest being worked on and they were able to take me immediately. I only wanted to remove the gel polish off my nails and was told $10 for removal (which to me is standard, was fine & was what I was asked to pay at the end).
They had these reusable nail clips to hold the cotton instead of tin foil (which I thought was cool from a sustainability perspective). My technician used them on one hand first and, rather than the traditional leave and let soak, as she would complete one finger on my right hand she’d move the clip to the finger

If you are considering using this companies services I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. You would be better off walking in the other direction until your feet rubbed raw and bleed because that is exactly what you will get at Luxury Nails.

UNSANITARY. I walked in with a dead phone caught in the rain. Decided to wait it out and couldn't look it up first. BIG mistake. Nothing was clean. The tech had what appeared to be a wart on his finger. No gloves. They cut my finger. The employee wiped the blood from my finger with his HANDS! I really hope I don't get an infection... I want my money back. I saw them reaching for utensils that looked dirty, in dirtier containers. I regret not getting up and leaving..

Absolutely love this nail salon! Bryan is my guy! Let me tell you, he is so patient thorough and isn't afraid of any nail challenge. He's so sweet and I love coming in and seeing him there because that's exactly who I want to sit with. I got French white tips on my natural nails and he did an amazing job. I've seen other salons that couldn't do what he did. I went back and got black French tops but added tips bc my natural longer nails broke and he still excelled! This salon is great, everyone here is so sweet and completely worth the visit. Coming from Dallas to Austin this is hands down the best

So clean inside and everyone was so friendly. I got a gel manacure, it was 35$ plus a tip. Everything that was used on me was opened from a new sanitized bag. Donnie was my nail tech and did a great job. He was so nice. I will 100% be going back and asking for him. No longer going to my usual nail place. Ty so much Donnie

Went here yesterday since the place I usually go to was still closed due to covid. I never write reviews but people should know that this place is terrible at cleanliness. You would think because of covid they would be extra precautious but no. Let's just take covid out of this and watching them not clean down seats properly nor use sanitary tools for each customer is just bad business practice. On top of that I waited over an hour and half normally I'd walk out but I was desperate to get a mani/pedi. I wanted to actually do something fun for my nails which I never do and wanted to get

I had gotten a gift card for a pedicure at Luxury for my birthday, some time had passed and finally got to go to the salon. It didn't say anything about having an expiration, so I thought it wasn't a big deal. I came in and someone who seemed to be management said it was okay, that it was expired but that he would honor it (nowhere on it does it say an expiration). He was so upbeat and kind! I was so impressed! But then another unfriendly woman I hadn't met came over 10 minutes later and said the opposite, that it was too old and that they now had new management. She folded it up

I had been going to JV Nails down the road for awhile (another review), and I am so glad I decided to give Luxury Nails a try. I was a bit skeptical given their 3-star rating, but, taking them all with a grain of salt decided to give it a go myself. I thought they did a really, really good job. I gauged it off of how much more they did in terms of cleaning cuticles, exfoliating and getting rid of calluses, and so far this is the best pedicure I have had since moving to the area. I am glad I found them, Mike was my guy and I will for sure be coming back to see him.

Oh my god, I am so glad I found this place. My nails have never been done so perfectly! I didn't even know my nails could look this amazing. They aren't bulky, they are nice and slim, but still strong. And I have never seen someone work so fast, but not be rushing at all! Just all around incredible.Thank you so much Ken for the great experience!! I promise you I will be back and tell all of my friends about you!

Negative changes I cant believe the new owners just want to bleed you dry ruining my new set of nails I pay for a few days. A new person came a she was brand new she was rude down right aggressive angry hateful when I just sat down she cut my nails way too short

I haven't got my eyebrows waxed in over two years because I was tired of going to places that did such a poor job. I also have a scar along my eyebrow which makes it difficult to match both eyebrows. I always wore glasses to hide them;
I went to just get my nails done with my girlfriend and after the job Ken did on my nails, I knew they only had the best working there.
I kid you not, I teared up and hugged the woman who waxed my eyebrows. She made the impossible, possible..
I live 3 hours away, but I will definitely make a special trip every two weeks just for this place.

Just tried this nail salon for the 3rd time, and will NEVER be back. The man who did my nails was RUDE and AGGRESSIVE with me and pissed off when I couldn't bend my finger the way he preferred. He burnt me with the drilling and I saw smoke coming from his drill machine. I'll never be back. THANK U, NEXT!

Absolutely terrible manicure & pedicure. Michael smelled of cigarette smoke so much I had a headache the entire time & his smock was so dirty. Utensils not sanitized at all.
Didn't even attempt to clean under nails during manicure. My toe shape & polish look awful. My heels & rest of my feet still are so rough. Not going to make this mistake again.

Every time I come here something goes wrong. Last time I got my nails done, they took 2 1/2 hours. This time, my gel polish was opaque in some areas and not in others. When I went back a couple of hours later to get it fixed, they charged me for a polish change. That would have been fine had I not left with gloppy polish THE SECOND TIME and polish all over my fingers.
Will not be coming here again. Overpriced for terrible work.

Quite glad I gave this salon another try in spite of my initial experience last year. I'm always at the Whole Foods right across the salon so it's very convienient for me. The place itself is very nice and clean..everything looks really new and a lot of polishes to pick from. Walked in and was greeted immediately by front desk guy and he put my name on the waiting list. Even though they were super busy (a positive sign right?) I am lucky to have this place right next door to where I work! I got my nails done here by Tom one afternoon on a whim and I have been going back to see him every two weeks! He is really very good at his job and is friendly and makes me feel relaxed. If you stop in, ask if he is available, you won't regret it.
