Catalyst Rowing Fitness is an inclusive, welcoming fitness community where athletes of all types transform themselves through rowing-based fitness. We are the first and only exclusively rowing-based fitness community in the Madison metro area. Most of all, we value YOU! - the athlete - that is, anyone willing to push their body and mind out of the comfort zone to yield growth, to achieve goals or just to sweat and smile.
Rowing is a full-body workout that can be modified for any and every body. Rowing works every major muscle group, but it's low impact, fun and accessible for ages 9 to 90! Indoor rowing has gained popularity as "the new spinning" - but it's so much more!

At Catalyst, you'll gain inspiration and expert technical training from our group classes, while performing both on and off the rower at an intensity that matches just what you need for YOU to challenge YOU, today.Watch below for a quick tutorial from Concept2 about the indoor rower. Martha brings over 25 years of competitive rowing and coaching experience to Catalyst Rowing Fitness. She is a Certified Indoor Rowing Instructor with Concept2 / UCanRow2 and holds Level II coaching certification from US Rowing. Martha has worked as a rowing coach and personal trainer in the Madison area since 2009, and coaches occasionally downstairs at SBR Endurance Performance.

R3: Row | Restore | Recharge - Check your stress at the door and treat yourself to a quick rowing fitness workout followed by off-rower stretch, reflection and mindfulness.
ROW4702 is a celebration of Fall rowing where we join thousands of other rowers in preparation for 4,702 meters of rowing fury down a virtual course - or the real thing at Boston's famed Head of the Charles Regatta.
