I moved from here on October 4th 2021. A few weeks later I received an invoice showing that I would be getting my security deposit back. I never got it. I called at the end of October and was told it would be sent , I called again in November and was told that it would be sent out and that someone had forgot to send it up to corporate. I've called numerous times in November and December and keep getting told that they have to send it to corporate. Now its January 1st, 2022, three months later, and I still have not gotten my security deposit. I sent an email and asked for the corporate number and

I lived in this complex for 6 years and never had a problem until I decided to move out. I contacted management and had them walk my apartment, which I left clean and empty. Cleaned out the cupboards, appliances, etc. They told me that I would be getting my deposit back. 4 months later I'm still waiting. No response from anyone except LIES that your money is on it's way. UPDATE: Finally received my deposit back after having to post this and contacting the regional manager.

Very beautiful scenery water ducks it's the overabundance of stray cats though and people walk their dogs and they're not made to have to clean up behind them they do have the bags out there for them but they don't enforce things like that and they have really big dog so it's a mess all the time they don't clean the hallways they don't clean anything very often I think I've been here for three months and they cleaned it once

In my honest opinion this is one of the worst apartment complexes in Greenville. Hampton Forest was once a decent enough place to live but has steadily gone downhill over the past two years. There is a constant accumulation of trash in the parking lot and a permanent large dump pile of discarded furniture and personal effects in the parking lot where the sketchy tenants "skip out" in the middle of the night and leave their abandoned belongings behind. Some of the tenants here actually clean the trash from their cars and just throw it directly onto the parking lot. In addition to the trashy
