This place is a JOKE. When touring we were pitched the idea of a safe, friendly complex and we had nothing but issues. We were constantly having to contact maintenance for drain issues, our cars were towed repeatedly (even though we had parking stickers on them),cars were broken into, motorcycle was torn apart and they even shut down most of the amenities that we still had to pay for. After you sign your lease and move in the staff no longer cares to be friendly and will try to argue with you if any problems arise. They chose to switch their payment platform without notifying residents then continued

Tried to get an apartment here it looked really nice. But lack of communication is crazy they say short staffed to even return a:email or phone call....not to mention one of the people in the leasing office looked high as hell everytime I went there to ask questions. Yet still haven't gotten any answers if I could rate 0 I would

MANAGEMENT= Disrespectful POOL=Essentially Unusable
The staff is honestly so rude and disrespectful. The pool hour were recently changed from being open until 11 to only being open 9-5 on weekdays and being closed on Sundays and they are calling it their (Summer Hours) which is the only season the pool is open during so that’s confusing. As a renter here, it’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to use an amenity that I pay for because I’m employed and work during those hours like many other tenants do. I was able to go to the pool at 4 today to sit out for a bit and around 4:50 maintenance

I’ve been here since January 2018. And I Have a tremendous rapport with the staff here. They took every Caution During the pandemic To Keep us Safe.
And still Had a reasonable on-site commitment.. To Us Residents …..
I just wanted to say that..
I would recommend the Veridan of Lexington to anyone.
Who wants Stability,Security, Goody’s in the office sometimes. Lol
Not to mention A Top Notch Maintenance Staff.
And the Trucks they have Come just for us Residents free of Charge..
In course of 3 years I’ve been here. I’ve always been treated with the Most. Respect.

Let’s talk about the unit itself. This unit was supposed to be a remodeled unit the countertops are literally falling off of the cabinets. Then there’s the issue of the pool! Their new summer hours, they close at five (after everybody gets off work) and The pool is closed on Sundays (when everybody’s not working!)
The bathroom at the pool has glass bottles broken in the floor and a heap of clothing and women personal items that are used in the floor. This place is a joke!

Hello! I was a resident from July 2020 and I am free soon and I felt a review was more than necessary. For starters moving in was a bit annoying. I found out new information constantly after I was locked into my lease (like a non-refundable deposit). I moved in and there was ALOT that needed to still be fixed although they worked on the unit before I moved in. There were cracks going towards the ceiling, drawers falling out of position, blinds cracked and missing, and it smelled like cigarettes my entire lease and I am not a smoker. My ceiling cracks were eventually patched but managed to reappear

I have enjoyed this property so much since moving here almost a year ago. Love my space so much. It is perfect for me. That and the staff are so easy to work with, makes it easy to live here. Plus the community is so sweet. The added plus that there are beautiful neighborhoods to enjoy a nice walk that are close by if you feel you need mre space for adventure. The amenities are prefect with gym and pool. Looking forward to whats ahead...

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and overall id say the experience is good! For my one bedroom apartment the price is very good, especially for the size and amenities you get with it. Parking is somewhat of an issue, but Neighbors are friendly and overall quiet throughout the day, would definitely love to sign my lease for a second year😊

I have lived at the Veridian for an entire year and I have enjoyed my experience here. Everyone in the office has been super nice and accommodating. Maintenance requests get fulfilled quickly and the grounds workers are always kind. I am moving out in July to live with my boyfriend, but I am sad to go. I needed an extra week as our new place wasn't ready until past my move out date and the Veridian is allowing me to stay an extra week. Communication between me and the front office has been quick, professional and like I am talking to an actual human. I enjoyed my experience at the Veridian and

Absolute worst housing experience I’ve ever dealt with and I would not recommend this disaster of an apartment complex to anybody. If you chose to live here, prepare your lawyers.
