I have been going to SAPA nails for the past 5 years. I get acrylic nails and pedicures. They have always done a good job. They are friendly and they offer wine / water / soft drinks while getting your pedicure. I think their prices are on par with other salons. I tried a couple of places when I moved to that side of town and I liked SAPA nails the best so I have stayed with them. I usually see David or Andy and they are both great. They do take walk-in's, but I usually try to call the day before for an appointment since I am usually on a tight schedule.

Moved to SA 6 months ago and have been going to different places around our house to haunt down the best salon for my monthly pedicure.
I'm usually a pretty easy going person and I just want a good relaxing pedicure with some colors on my nails. In my 20+ years of salon visiting, I've only had salons I've liked better but never disliked... With that being said, unfortunately, I ran into some salons here that became a never again experience for me. I will NOT go to them ever even if they pay for it. Yes, it was THAT bad.

I'm so mad I didn't complain in there but these are awful it's like a mix of coffin and almond... i wanted coffin and honestly the man doing my nails shouldn't even work there he reapplied just the acrylic powder like 3 times?! The paint job is just awful, originally I wanted a v tip with the lavender color and he didn't use tape and he was all shaky so i said alright just so the full nail and then in the end I asked if he could file them more and make them skinnier and him and this other lady working looked at me so confused and they made me feel like they were agitated

Went here on may 16 th to get my mani pedi I had a wedding to get to at 630 got there at 430 I had a male work on me. My nails are horrible. I emailed them to see if we could have someone fix them. Not a words back. I didn't even have the time to complain there due to I was already running late. 100 dollars for nails my daughter could have literally sculpted better and painted. I wish I could put ZERO STARS

I've been coming here for a while, never had a bad experience. I came today for the first time since the pandemic started. Service was great. My shellac is great. HOWEVER. If you are staying safe and being a decent human, they do not enforce masks staying on. I was seated in the front, and didn't see anyone without a mask until I saw a lady paying without a mask. On my way to the bathroom, I saw a lady getting a pedicure without a mask on. I feel extremely uncomfortable.

This place is close to my home , I went and asked for a new set. The guy kept saying "no new set". Okay I asked will you see my French tip he said no , they charged me $20 extra for my diamonds they fell off the second I got home and you can see my French tip through the orange nail polish . Lol smh $65 down the drain

I recently went in to Sapa nails to get a pedi and dip nails. The customer service is great always fast. But when getting my nails done I felt like the guy who did my dip was too fast, which made for sloppy work. My pedicure was great I have no complaints there. They did offer me a drink, they do have margarita machine so you can enjoy and relax. I have this a 3 star only because of the way my dip nails looked

I didn't get the best experience a few months ago and just figured that maybe it was a bad nail tech and I would give this place another shot. Well I'm convinced that this place has bad service all around. I asked the lady to cut my nails really short and she told me that she would shape them short later, she didn't. She put 6 layers of dip powder on, I asked her to keep the layers thin, she didn't. She was doing them in a rush and didn't take the time to clean up around the nail or separate the glued powder from my skin. I have a trip to NY tomorrow morning and now I have

I came in 40 minutes before closing for a color change and a refill for acrylics. They spent maybe 5 minutes total on my toes (ok fine it's just a color change) and 20 minutes max on my refill. I could tell that the lady that was helping me was in a hurry to get off. She payed no attention to detail, as all of my nails were different lengths and shapes. She was going so fast and aggressive that the buffing hurt my skin and to top it off she skipped cuticle cream.
