I’ve been living here for about 3 years now, the entire management team is absolutely amazing, from the manager Rebecca, to maintenance Israel. Anytime I give them a call, they’re so quick to do repairs. Rebecca is extremely helpful and responsive and Israel can literally fix anything and everything and extremely fast as well.

I'm a current resident Meridian Apts and ever since I started my search in looking for an apartment to move into I was always assisted by the management team in the best way possible. Ali, Rebecca and Elsy have been so great to me and they are so quick to reply and resolve any issues. Also they have a great maintenance team. I had my blinds, door hinge and window screen repaired today by Israel. He was really great he moved the furniture around himself to install the blinds and he was very friendly. He was in and out in like 5 minutes. He took care of all the items I needed and he was very

4 stars for the apartments in general; lots of water issues, have had poor management in the past (now is much better).
But the 5 stars are for the maintenance team. Israel, the gentleman from maintenance came and fixed a few things for me today. He was super quick, friendly, and wore a face mask the entire visit (big plus for me!). Just wanted to give him a shoutout and say thanks for your help today!

New management has definitely gotten better! Thank God! They have a super responsive team. Thank you Rebecca and Ali for always replying at a timely manner. Shout out to Israel for coming through to help fix our maintenance needs. I actually referred my cousin to this apartment and even she's surprised at how fast they get things done.

Been living here for almost 2 years now, and with anyplace there are pros and cons, but the new management & maintenance staff that have been here for the past year have definitely changed professionalism and quality of work for the better.
Given these are older apartment buildings its expected to have some maintenance requirements. Ever since day one of the staff change, if we ever needed any issues fixed, the management team would get right on it and the maintenance worker, Israel, has always done a fast and quality repairs/fixes.

I've been living at Meridian Apts for 6 years. During this period I've had the normal maintenance issues along with three hurricanes. All were handled quickly and satisfactorily thanks to the management team of Susan and Silvana. Recently my entire apt has been renovated including floors, hurricane windows, appliances, A/C, and plumbing fixtures. If you are a senior I highly recommend living here. J Collier Apt 806

This is a terrible place to live. Was nice before the current manager. She is combative and has no interest in maintaining the property or apartments. Always have water issues. The water gets turned off nearly every two weeks. When it does work it’s either burning hot or never heats up due to water heater issues. Also not always notified when water will be shut off. Which is always fun when you’re in the middle of taking a shower and then without warning it turns off. Buildings are not up to code. They have been doing construction for the past 9 months to replace all patios due to rotted wood

The only good thing about Meridian Apartments is Joanna the manager. She's super friendly. And the fact that it is cheap(er) from most places in the area.

1. First of all there is a registered (recently released) child molester living in the building you can find his info online but no one knows which apartment he lives in.
2. I just moved out of APARTMENT #60 (level 2) I used to live here for 4 years. Every year my roommate and I will have massive amount of rain leaking into our apartment in the living room. Every year they told us they fixed it and they did it temporarily

The location of the apartment it sell is not bad. The reception of phone is bad you need to step out side the apartment to speak on the phone. But what is more annoying is the manager that is now, she is constaling looking for whatever small detail to be behind you and telling.. spoustly their “cat friendly” but every time she see my cat she’s already calling or watching for you to step outside to tell you to get the cat and have it indoors that she doesn’t want to see it outside...that’s not right if I paid for deposit and gave her the information about the cat why can’t I not have

I live here, I have for 3+ years. The rent is good for the area but still too expensive. My biggest issue is that things getting fixed often takes a long turn around time. I don't feel safe anymore with the new neighbors moving in, and they turn the water off to work on the pipes twice a month. Also your rent will be increased to the max whenever possible by management. That having been said there is storage and a pool. Parking is terrible, I'm happy that the apartment has a dishwasher even if it's the smallest one anyone has ever seen in their lives and only works half the time

WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED!!!
This complex was nice when I moved in 3 years ago. Friendly neighbors, mainly families and young couples, no issues getting maintenance done. Then a new manager was put in charge and she has ruined the complex. The water will randomly shut off without any warning, at times there is no hot water, it takes forever to get maintenance to come out and they do a terrible job when they do come out and it will have to be re-done in a matter of weeks. It's almost not worth calling maintenance because I can fix things better then they can and I have no experience

Meridian Apartments is a very nice place to live. Located in walking distance to Downtown Willow Glen and has direct access to the start of Los Gatos Creek Trail. There are 2 nice parks within walking distance also.
The grounds are well kept, and the landlords are great, with a small but clean pool. For the affordable price, it is well worth it.
We would have given Meridian Apartments a 4, but we live on the bottom floor and you can hear every, single, footstep above. This goes with the style of building which we call "old, but well maintained."

I lived at Meridian Apartments in San Jose, CA with my husband at an apartment upstairs from June 2011 to March 2013 and I agree with a lot of things Patrick F mentioned on his review...
PROS
- Very spacious apartment for the price
- Landlord Galina was always very helpful, whenever we had any kind of maintenance problems she would solve right away
- Swimming pool for the summer... but the water is usually very dirty and extremely cold...
- They painted the whole apartment complex on the exterior making it look nicer
- Cat friendly
- Extra storage available if you request it..

I have lived here for two years with my children and I have had a good experience. I am sorry that the owner of Patrick's unit didn't keep the place up, but my unit and landlord has been great. My kids made friends, the pool is clean and lovely, the neighbors are respectful and nice...I never saw a drug deal and anyone smoking did so in the parking lot out by the cars. If you have kids and want them in the Cupertino schools but cant pay top dollar, this complex is perfect!

I went to take a look at apartments here. sigh. the one bedroom was so spacious, and yet the entire lot looks so sad. it made me feel like i was visiting a slum/shanty town. and for that they're charging $1,195/month?
sad, very sad. maybe its my problem that rental rates inflated at 8%/yr and i am shocked at the lack of value i see in places like this, but i think that they could at least work on making the facility look more presentable. other apartments at least seem to care about the aesthetics of their buildings and grounds... sure i guess they charge 10-20% more than this place,

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I signed up for a Yelp account just so I could give this apartment complex, its manager, and ownership company a poor rating for their lack of professionalism, vindictiveness, and general lack of integrity. My fiance and I stayed here for the summer while he completed an internship in the area. We were star tenants--kept the place spotless, were quiet, and always paid our rent on time (usually early!). When we arrived, we put up a $500 deposit, expecting to lose the money for the mandatory carpet cleaning at the end of our stay and nothing more
