Arroyo Grande Apartments

We have lived here for a while. Ever since Jeff is our property manager, our living condition here have been changed for GOOD! He has such a wonderful personality, and he is TOTALLY DIFFERENCE than previous managers. He is on our resident’s side, fair, caring, supportive and very helpful. If you have a problem, he NEVER give you an irresponsible answer. He does listen to us. We can tell that he put himself into our shoes to understand our frustration, then helping us until it gets solved. We say, "treat others you want to be treated". That's him, and that's what we need as our property manager

What a great experience!! I met with May about a work order I needed submitted, she was very helpful with submitting it for me. The new manager, Jeff, was also very helpful. I feel like he listened to my worries and was able to work around my schedule. I even got a call from May following up after it was completed. 5 star service.

Jeff saved my life today!! I had a situation with my granddaughter, who had lost her stuffed puppy over the fence and out of our reach. I called the office to see if maintenance had a way of retrieving it. Jeff was so sweet and understanding and literally called back within minutes to say that Balto had been retrieved and was waiting safely in his office. It certainly wasn't his responsibility, but his generous attitude and sincere desire to help makes me feel part of a community! This is what great management looks like!

May is absolutely wonderful. We have lived here one month and really like it. It is quiet, nice neighbors, friendly staff. I can definitely recommend it.

I rented a one bedroom apartment for two years. The first year was 925.00 per month. The second year increased to 1100.00, although the apartments are old and in severe disrepair!!! But, the advantage is they accept pets!
I gave notice of 30 days as required. The management stated after move out they did not receive my key in office! I left key on kitchen counter in apartment on final move out date. As scams go, I also was charged another months rent, late fees on rent, and subsequently they sent me to collections! NEVER RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!

I’m getting tired of not having access to any amenities here. Listen I know it’s a pandemic but my God let us have access to to gym 24/7. To lock it down when the office is not open proves what? We know how to act, we know we have to wear masks. I work full time I would like to be able to workout when I get home. I just can’t take the thought process anymore. Open the gym 24/7

I lived at Arroyo Grande Apartments for a year and I have no complaints. It's in a good location, office personnel took care of issues in a timely manner and we never had any issues with pests. We really enjoyed our two bedroom floor plan with the enclosed stair case. The only problem we had when we lived there was that our car was stolen but that has nothing to do with the community. It's a good area that I have lived in for years but criminals target better areas. The office has nothing to do with it just as if you lived in a home and something like that happened. Overall a good experience.

Horrible! Wouldn't recommend! Service was always bad. The girls usually had an attitude in the office. We reported bugs several times & they wouldn't send anyone to even look for about 3 days. The carpet of our apartment was pretty bad to begin with. Which we did make a note of when we did the walk through. We had a dog there that we took for walks twice everyday. Then we didn't receive our deposit back. Even though we shampooed those carpets 3 times after we left. Not including all the times we shampooed while living there. They didnt even let us know we weren't getting our deposit back. They

Move in late August and will be moving as soon as my lease is up!
The apartment was dirty when I moved in.
When you run the a/c it is very loud and you have to hear your neighbors right outside your window turn on and off too!
While I was showing the maintenance man came in!!!!
All I got was a "I'm sorry"
Crazy upstairs tenant who does laundry at 4:00AM!!!! EVERYDAY!!!!!
Poor insulation so you have to listen to water filling, then the agitation, spin cycle, etc etc...
Management very unsupportive and condescending!
Moved in with chewed up mini blinds....guess this is their standards???

I lived at Arroyo Grande Apartments for three years, moved out for a year (due to a family emergency) then moved BACK to Arroyo in March 2015. I’m thrilled to be back. I enjoy my apartment, the pool and the awesome location. The Office staff Marisa and Maggie are professional, prompt, and just plain fun. The maintenance staff work really hard. Everyone goes the extra mile here. I am comfortable, confident and truly love my home!
