I called and was quoted $135 for towing service; total distance of 3 miles and they'll come in 45 minutes. Gave them credit card info.
An hour later, some guy called and said he's on his way. When he got there, he said they don't take credit card and it has to be cash. It's not $135 as promised, but $220. I already wasted an hour and a half so I agreed to the $220 for them to tow 3 miles. Apparently they broker out the towing service so there's a broker's fee they don't disclosed. Seems very shady to me the way they do business.

Guy was pushing me for to give him a good review and kept pressuring me to look up the business once we got to the shop. I had called at 6am to get a battery replacement just for them never to come. Once I called to change the service to a tow, they came quickly (in 20 min arrived around 9:30a).The driver told me he didn’t want to come initially because the battery installation was too complicated for my car but when he heard it changed to a tow he was happy??? Then when he overheard me telling my friend he couldn’t change my battery he got defensive saying he can do it but it’s my fault

Waited 3.5 hours for a tow that never came with children in the car. I had to call multiple times, with no calls in return during my wait. When I inevitably called to cancel, the individual on the other end of the line just started shouting into the phone. They have attempted to charge me for cancellation, which I will be contesting.
Under no circumstances should you use this business. I believe they wait an inordinate amount of time to purposely rack up cancellation fees. Customer service is unprofessional, to say the least. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and advising them

I called fir a tow. The original price was $85. Then some guy called back asking how much the lady asked for and I told him. Then he said no it's $135 then said, "let me talk to her!" then hung up! I was waiting for a call. Never got one and when I called they just hung up again. The guy was trying to pocket some money or something. Do t trust them. Couldn't even answer my call. Not reliable

Absolute dumpster fire. Was told tow truck was on the same road as I was on when I needed help, then was informed I would have to wait 35-40 minutes. After waiting for this time, I had asked for an update then was told 10-15 minutes. I called back after 15 minutes then was told a driver would call me for an update and never received a call. After 5 minutes had passed with no call, I called the company back and was told the driver was 3 minutes away and would call. Still received no call, waited another 5 minutes driver showed up. Was given no instructions about payment was told after the tower

My truck broke down on the freeway. These guys had me call Orange County Freeway Service Patrol which didn’t operate in the area I was in. I managed to get my truck off the freeway and called towing Ravens again. They asked me for my cc info which I was hesitant to give but gave anyways. As it was getting late I decided that I wanted to take care of this tomorrow and called Towing Ravens to reschedule who in turn told me they were going to charge me $45 for cancelling. That was after the dispatcher told me the tow guy was still 25 minutes out. I don’t much appreciate being on the hook for something

Had high hopes when quoted by staff but the tow driver who unlocked my daughter's car door charged the max price range 'based on how long and complex the job'. The job took less than two minutes... what is their ID for a 'complex' job if this was the max price quoted? When I callled the office back, they said the fee is up to the tow driver. Then why quote a price range and not honor it? Just quote the high rate, period. Do you really you have to take advantage of a young girl struggling to make it? Tow driver, would you like it if someone did this to your daughter????

Here's my experience:
My car broke down. I called Towing Ravens because google maps said they were close by. They quoted me roughly $50 hooking fee, $40 labor, and $50 for 5 miles to tow my car from UCI Medical to Crevier BMW. I said fine.
Augustine from B & A Towing shows up an hour later and loads my car in his flat bed. My car still runs so he was able to load it up by driving it on. Same with unloading. Not much labor involved. Augustine is a good guy. Works 90 hours a week. Says he gets paid commission. Needs to pick up another guy on the 22 after me so he's trying to get
