AAA requested a tow for my car from Knight Towing for 10:30-11:30 AM, scheduled since the day before. Knight failed to show up in that time range and failed to notify me that they would not.
Then at 12:53 they texted me that they would be there in 2 minutes.
They finally showed up around 1:45 PM.
At which time they refused to tow the vehicle because it could be driven onto the truck.
Never using them again.

Knight towing is the worst company to use for ppi impounds they hardly answer their phones keep my patrol officers waiting for drivers that don't show up when they do show up they will pick and chose what cars they want to tow. Do not waste your time with knight towing you'll regret it.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Ricardo Ruiz who assisted us with our tow 85 miles away late in the night.
