Horrible Customer Service Was In Front Of My Home With The Hazard Lights On Getting My 5 Kids Ready To Get In The Car To Go To A Holiday Party With Family Car Was Parked For Literally 5-10 Minutes & They Towed It Cost $540.00! My truck was towed by these leeches. It was our fault it was towed, so that's not the issue. The issue is how unethical and unhelpful these people are. My truck got towed from about a mile away from the lot, and I had to pay $452 dollars. It had only been in their custody for less than twelve hours. They had me wait for over two hours before I got it back, and when I got it, the front passenger tire was flat. LUCKILY I have a picture of the truck when it was towed with all four wheels full of air, but they are refusing to take responsibility, first saying it was like that when they towed it

Thieves that violate the law all the time. They illegally tow cars from businesses without actual authorization. If one of their victims asks for the name and contact of the person who requested a car be towed they lie or give false info. Fullerton police are well aware they are a sham. Take them to small claims court as they always lose and will have to pay you for the tow, damage to your vehicle, and court costs.

Probably the most ungracious and least sympathetic people I've ever met. I was given permission to park in a tow zone to move a couch and was towed after only 3 min of being in the spot. Employees were rude and not clearly not listening at all to me when I asked questions. $550.00 for having my car there for 15min.

The owner of Night Star towing Albert Soriadi sold me a vehicle that does not legally belong to him.
We purchased a vehicle and when we tried to do a title transfer - the DMV is asking us for a bill of sale from where Albert purchased said vehicle from an auction.
Albert now refuses to answer the phone when I call and has not bothered to get in contact with us in regards to said bill of sale.
We are now out THOUSANDS of dollars.

Great response time and courteous service
From the first call to the completion of service the stall and drivers were very professional and informative.
This is my first time to use a PPI (personal property impound) and Night Star Towing walked me through the process with great detail.
I had two cars towed. From call to finish it took one hour.
