I had call and they had said that it would be $150 and $50 for cancellation fee they told me that they needed my credit card information.And that the guy will come in 40 min he didn’t show up and I called the towing company and they just hanged up the call every time never calling this service again

Was told 45 minutes for help, waited an hour and called back asking if anyone was coming. I was put on hold then they hung up on me. Someone passing by helped me while I was waiting. Called back and they didn’t want to help me when I was waiting but very eager to cancel my service and collect the cancellation fee….

They failed to inform me of a $50.00 cancellation fee, some of the answering service staff made me feel like I was speaking with a debt collector agent, when asking for an ETA. I get if I have to wait a while for service, but don't tell me 10-15 minutes when it's an hour wait. Also, the dispatcher failed to inform the tow truck driver that the service call was cancelled, I had to let him know.

Learned a lesson about trusting google reviews. Suggest you don't use them. Provided all the information they asked for and had an ETA of 30-40 minutes. A little over an hour and half later the driver shows up. Tries to charge more than originally quoted and wanted cash despite agreeing to pay with card. Tried to say that it was a lot of extra work and that's why it was more, but they knew EVERYTHING ahead of time and it was a basic tow nothing unusual. Don't like to speak poorly of people, but this company is shady and leaves you feeling like you got screwed over. Customer

It's still an awful towing company. Almost everyone I spoke to on the phone just hung up on me. I wasn't told I had to pay extra if I was paying with card, and the final amount I paid was $70 above the estimate given on the phone with the person who guaranteed it wouldn't go above $164. Despite having an appointment in the range 6-7PM, I had to wait an extra hour and thirty minutes until someone came by. Thankfully the technician was pleasant and patient and friendly. I have no complaints about him and would give just him five stars if I could, but the company really doesn't

Avoid! TowingFighters is a pyramid tow service who found a service through a company B & A Towing that shafted me! Who I guess was contacted by Towing Fighters to service me,Through some pyramid contractor scam they ended up getting this call and towed me then at the end up charged and lied about extra fees while my car was still on the tow truck hostage negptiations! . I had to negotiate it like some swap meet buyer with this scumbag on the phone . one star rating! avoid this scam service period! For tow truck service USE google and READ the Tow truck websites carefully and USE their estimators

I only had to use them , cause I did not have commercial vehicle on my Triple AAA membership, I called for Service at 10:30 , a driver called me back to ask where I was , I had asked his ETA he said he was not my driver ? He said someone will call you back,so I waited nobody called, I called back they told me 20 minutes, as time passes

Literally called and they didn't let me finish explaining that the police department won't tow an abandoned vehicle and said to call local towing companies. Just interpreted stated we don't tow on private property and hung up. The nice thing would have been to wait for a response maybe so one can ask what next steps should I take since she works in this industry.

Literally crooks. Took my credit card info and said they would charge me $50 cancellation fee. Then a driver's ETA was 20 min. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER when he arrived, he waited until he was done taking lugs off my tire (only reason I called) and told me it was cash only. The said they would only run my card "commercially" which was much more expensive and then made me go to the ATM to pay them cash. I should have just called the cops.
