I call this company because my car get broken on 22 freway before Bristol exit. They say driver will call me shortly. Driver call me after a wile and say will be there soon and ask me if someone told me the price. I say no nobody told me. He communicate me will be cost around 220 dolars. After 1 hour I call back because nobody come . They say in 25 min truck will be there. After 50 min I call back and after more machine answer finally someone respond and put me on hold. This company is a rip-off! Car broke down on a Sunday and after calling several other tow companies I was left having to call Spark Towing. Contacted them at 10 am when my car broke down and asked me to pay the $100 for towing up front since they where already on their way. Paid them and they never showed up. I called them 3 times in the course of 8/9 hours and they kept ensuring me that they where on their way (30 minutes away) I had no option since I had already paid and they would have charged me $50 just to cancel the tow! When I first called they said it would be 45 minutes until a driver came out. When I called an hour later they said there was a delay and it would be 45 more minutes. An hour later I called and they told me there was another delay and it would be an additional hour and a half. At that point I said I would just call someone else and they assured me they wouldn't charge me. 2 days later I was charged for the full service they never showed up to complete.

This towing company is a rip-off. All they care about is the money. They don't care that you're stranded on side of the road in LA on a weeknight for over four hours. Their customer service is !!! Shop elsewhere or you'll be paying hundreds of dollars to be stranded for hours & service. They don't even take responsibility for their mistakes and will brush you off and say they'll call you back in two days "when a supervisor is available."

Worst company,(TOTAL-RIP-OFFS) i've ever dealt with, when I originally called and told the girl I needed to be towed approximately 4 n1/2 -5 miles tops, she told me $800 because it was a commercial vehicle, I told them "no thanx", the owner then called back several times on an 800 toll-free number, and asked what he could do for me,? I said "nothing, you're too expensive" so then he starts to barter, the best I could get out of him at the time was $450 to be towed four and a half miles which is ridiculous! plus I had to wait an hour and a half for a driver who had

Literally the most unreliable company you could possibly use. I waited for two and a half hours for a tow truck to show up. The tow truck driver that showed up was rude inconsiderate and came with the wrong tow truck. I had requested a flatbed and they brought a regular tow truck. For $225 and a $50 cancellation fee I will never use this company again and I recommend that nobody else uses this company. They are not reliable if you get anyway Critical with them on the phone they will hang up the phone on you.

I called in for a flat tire on 12/12, and someone called to get the exact address of my location. This service person took forever to figure the exact address instructions I had provided to him.
He comes in his own personal car, not a towing truck. Has a lot of difficulty taking off the flat tire, puts on MY SPARE, and then charges me $300+ for the service.
Service person promises a receipt by Monday, but of course since it was a scam I never got a receipt. I even called it for weeks to request a receipt and the call center is probably covering up for this thief.
I am not letting this go and

I don't have AAA anymore so I can't go through them for towing or roadside assistance. The lack of AAA sucks and is just unwise, I know, and I intend to get it back when I move back to Orange County and actually have to drive everywhere again.
HOWEVER, in the meantime, this place/these guys rock. Getting towed or having to call for roadside assistance--especially in the middle of late night driving around LA for concerts and whatnot --is never fun, but they keep the wait down. Half an hour? Okay, I can deal; versus, "We will be there between 1 and 5 pm." What? Okay. . .
