One of their tow drivers today cut me and a bunch of people off, was driving like a maniac, in and out of lanes, didn’t even use a blinker so that all the other drivers on the road could stay clear of his ridiculous driving. I don’t know who was driving today 01/11/21 but this is the truck so management can figure it out and get rid of this maniac and yes he was towing a car while driving like a drunk person.

I've been doing business with Hyeland Tow for over 10 years now and never a problem. They're upfront about ETAs, only once did I have to wait over 30 minutes for tow and that was a rainy day when they were swamped with calls, understandable.
Usually it's a tow to mechanic shop from home. It's great when driver gets out, greets you with smile then remembers you from before saying same place as last time? Yep. Feels like friends.
Always great service for affordable prices. I have AAA but call Hyeland instead. Keep up the awesomeness guys. I ONLY recommend THIS company to friends

Owner got mad that he pulled out a piece of a Porsche bumper that was towing I confronted him about that incident and he just went off and got in my face he got so close where I felt his saliva spit on my face I did not know this was the owner of this business to act like this he was very lucky we did not get into a physical altercation which would've probably ended a lot worse do not do business with these people they have no Good customer service and even the owner is willing to get in the customers face during this pandemic without a mask to basically yell and spit his saliva everywhere

My car isn't working, great! 2020 so far hasn't been that kind but hey I guess I gotta get it fixed. I called Hyeland Towing to transport my vehicle to the mechanic. Prior to me calling this company their competitors where charging triple! Not only did they give me an amazing deal but I got Steve as my Transport. Friendly, funny and honestly the guy is cool. Steve made the whole experience great! He delivered my car and even gave me a ride back! If you need your car towed you need to contact this company and make sure to ask for Steve. 5/5! Thank you again!

Picked up our Honda Element, Wish I got the guys name so I could add it in here but I forgot to ask, any how he was a pro at loading the car up on the truck by himself.. He was friendly and fast at delivering the car to our destination. Highly recommend this towing company!! Plus no other towing place could match there price! Hopefully our car doesn't take crap on us again.. But if so we will be calling you guys for sure!!

I highly recommend this business!!! I had a flat tire while in Orange. I called several tow company hoping to find someone to tow my truck 1 mike to a tire shop. No one had trucks available or either the wait time was close to 2hrs. Finally, I called Hyeland Towing and Transport and within 20 mins the driver arrived very friendly and nice guy he towed my truck without any problems and it was very affordable. Thank you Hyeland Towing for making an unfortunate situation sooo much better.

I've been using Hyeland for about the last six months for all my tows. The are professional, timely and reasonable. They do what they say and say what they do. Their equipment (towing) is top knotch and they are very careful with my vehicles. I have all but given up on the AAA because they take so long.

Highland towing is the best towing company in orange. Every time I call them they are responsive and helpful. They've got great equipment their trucks are brand-new and they're clean and they smell good. What I'm most impressed about is their communication skills they always tell you when they're going to be there and there right on time every time. They have a lot of trucks so they can get everything done even if it's raining and there are a lot of accidents I am very happy

Great Towing Service ! I'm very satisfied from the company ! I stuck with my Mercedes SLK 200 on the road and i cant start the engine again... so i decide to search the web for nearest roadside assistance services and i called to this guys . Had a run in with a driver by the name of Frank today. Called for his services.. he didn't show for nearly an hour after he said he was in Anaheim (same city we were in). It was 90 plus degrees outside, we got tired of waiting and called Triple A. Once Triple A was on the way Frank from Hyeland shows up and my husband yells to him never mind it's ok. Frank proceeds to get out of his tow truck, get right up in my husbands face and demands money for a "dry run". When my husband tells him he's not paying him he starts yelling all kinds of profanities. Naturally I break out
