Both Carlie and Melanie were a pleasure to work with during both move-in and move-out process. They were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and made the process very easy. Any concerns that I mentioned were taken seriously and they followed up on each request I had. The apartment itself was in spotless condition, with new appliances and paint throughout. The added air freshener made the apartment smell very nice as well. Notable benefits include an Amazon locker for all deliveries (not just Amazon), year-round pool/sauna, and a covered parking spot (without paying extra). The area also was very

The apartment was good, no complains. I have been staying here for 4.5 years. I had very good previous managers and they were supportive and helping.
But the current Manger "Ana Rodriguez" is very arrogant, yell at tenants, not responsible, does not address customer issues, does not listen to tenants at all. Worst Manager i have ever seen.
You can take a quick survey with the existing tenants, you will know how she is torturing with her own rules.

I was excited to tour this property considering it was going to be my new home for me and my family. The person who schedule my appointment (Melanie) earlier stated that if I was 5 mins past 4:30 it would be fine like a typical grace period... and then i arrived at 4:31 after rushing over there from work trying to make the appointment and called by 4:32 because I was lost and did not know where the leasing office was exactly. Ask soon as I tell her I am here she proceeds to tell me "oh no we are going to have to re-schedule I told you earlier I can't see you past 4:30". I then

Ana is the worst realtor ever. Ana is very argumentative, over talkative, poor listening skills, combative, and just plain rude. Furthermore Ana lacks knowledge of simple rental forms, Ana is very defensive due to her ignorance when dealing with affordable housing. Ana seems to be unwilling to listen and learn.

Application process: The application process took around 1.5 weeks. The only tedious part was the fact that they needed extra income verification. This is because the property recently underwent a change in management. The screening is what could take the most time.
Move In: Before you move in, the leasing office goes through the lease with you in a bit more details. They were great at explaining the rules and what is and isn't acceptable. They also gave us tips on how to best maintain the unit and how to keep it clean. They also told us

Application Process: this was a bit frustrating just because of the needed extra income verification. They just underwent management change which is why they needed the extra verification. The application process length was about 1.5 weeks so not bad at all. What takes the most is screening. Management team was really responsive in giving me updates and were very patient. Carly was amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire process. They were very upfront with me the entire time and even upon lease signing, they made everything extremely clear.

This is good community to live. It has nice green vegetation feels cool in warm sunny day. It is walk-able to ranch99/glossary store.
We lived here two years and moved out in December with good terms and good conditions of house. Even though the management of this property changed around same time, we received our deposit back.

The amount of head weight the manager had is to much for some one who manages this s*ole apartments. I wish i could give negative than 1 star, total useless people working here. they post the rentals over the website and apartments all the time with misleading prices but in actual they were no where near the listed price.

So i waited for 20 mins no one was there at the office. called no answer. they said they open at 830 yet no one was there. if this is how they take care of new renters i would hate to have an issue and no one help me for what we have to pay for rent. i woukd expect the staff to be on time and avaiable to help.

Overall value for price was not good. I lived there for about two years and I had one of the nicer apartments that faced PASEO PADRE PKWY. but the area was not well kept and they let their residents do whatever they wanted.. For instance there was not much noise control and they let residents put whatever they wanted on their balconies so overall it looked pretty bad. When I first moved they hadn't done anything they promised they would before I moved in and took about a week to fix the issues.. Just overall wasn't happy, the reason I gave it two stars instead of one was th at I had an end apartment
