I really liked this nail salon they did a good job but they seemed to rush a little bit my toes aren't very even. I asked if they could do this design and she said yes. I said if she isn't able to then she doesn't have to do it. Once she began I did not like it or expect it to look that way so I asked if she could just finish it with blue. It isn't bad just not as great of an experience as I expected.

I went there today hoping to find a Covid-19 abiding salon. I observed some older clients and they all had their mask on. After entering there was another client on the cell phone not wearing her mask. I said something to my tech. She asked me to confront the customer. I did nicely and she put it up. Within 10 minutes she pulled it down again. Her daughter covered only her mouth. Then the son and arrived. Son no mask! Nothing was said. I asked the lady again to please put it in. She said to me I just had a Covid-19 test and if you don't like it don't come here!

They were thorough when taking care of nails. However, the lady doing my manicure asked if I wanted a shoulder massage. I said yes only to find out that I was charged for it at the end! $15 for 15 mins. She should have told me upfront it was extra. This surprise at the end completely ruined the visit for me. If you want to charge for it fine, but be upfront about it or at least offer your customers a list of menu/services prices. Ridiculous. On top of that, she ensured me they had the matching regular polish for the gel one I chose and they did not. They couldn't find a close match, so I had

I recently started coming here because my esthetician who I've been with for over 13 years took a job here. The salon is very classy and well kept. They have several options (shellac, dip, nail polish etc). Like others have said, it is on a more upscale type of price range but with Tracy you get a great experience!

This is a new location and I decided to give it a try, the service is great, the staff is very friendly and attentive but some of their are charges are crazy. I used to think their old location is very reasonable with the nice decor and all other small things will just over look. They say Vietnamese nail shop they always add money little by little before you know it you will pay a lot which is definitely true here. They will charge additional five dollars to take off your existing nail polish unless you are doing shellac again.

Not coming back here! Do not waste your time. I have been coming here for about 2 years now since it's so close to my house and the first few experiences were okay, but the last few have been so bad that I'm done with this place. They don't care about your time, they don't listen to what you ask for, one nail technician in particular is super rude(and I always get stuck with her), and I saw a roach in the salon. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and the manager told me to wait 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 30-40 minutes just to have one person work on my pedicure. The technician

I had a really great girls day with my friends. It was made better when we made the decision to treat ourselves at CC Nails. They took the time to understand our needs, even helping to advise one of us on our desired acrylic shape. All together we got 1 pedicure and 2 manicures. We didn't have to wait at all despite it being the busiest day of the weekend (Saturday) and they made sure we absolutely loved the finished products before we left!

I was getting a pedicure at the same time and couldn't even enjoy my massage because the manicurist kept making me stretch my arm and move closer to her. Shouldn't she move closer to me so I can enjoy my $80 experience???? Then I get home only to realize the color of my nails does not match my toes after she confirmed the shellac I was getting on my nails had a match for

I have been going to kim for a couple weeks now, and she is amazing! I wholeheartedly believe that CC nails goes above and beyond when it comes to my nails. I live twenty minutes away, but I still find my commute promising. The people are so nice! They pay attention to every detail. I get acrylics, and they last more for sure more than four weeks. Definitely worth everything!!

They will tell you that the wait is 5 minutes, just to get you to lure you in. But, in reality, you'll be waiting for 45+ minutes. I saw them hook 6 other people, besides myself. If you're ok with this, then you might be satisfied with the rest of their service. But, if you hate getting the run around (or are in a hurry), then this place just won't do.

Got my Fresh Holiday nails now- done by my girl Natalie @ CC nails! Also got a ridiculously amazing pedicure by Tiffanie.. words do not discribe my love and obsession with these two lovely ladies( and the other wonderful women of CC) well put together establishment that will have you feeling relaxed and at home with the friendly atmosphere and blissful ambience.
