Mallard Ridge is a dog and cat friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.

I've been living here for a bit over five months. The apartment layout is nice, good location near the Arbor Lake Shoppes. The management has been good with responding back in a timely manner. The maintenance comes when a repair is requested, also in a timely manner.
I am giving three stars because this apartment is noisy. For some reasons, door when it shuts is very loud. It shakes the apartment building, it reduces the sense of privacy. The neighbors kept smoking weed, filling up the whole apartment unit with smell. At one point, I was very ill with pneumonia and took me a long time to recover

Me and my boyfriend have been here for a little over a year! We love the location and the leasing staff. Very helpful! Although we don’t have a dog the apartment space has lots of green grass and would be perfect for anyone with a dog. It’s also located in the perfect spot of Maple Grove, from Cub right across the street to all the stores in arbor lakes shoppes! Our apartment is definitely a home <3 (:

Mallard ridge is a great place to call home. The apartment complex and amenities are really nice. Neighbors are great. Never had a problem since leaving here with anything. Location is perfect I usually don’t have to drive more than a few mins in any direction to get what I need. The front office is always helpful and polite. Maintenance request are done the same day if not the next which is always nice!

Just moved in not long ago and the apartment itself is pretty nice. Maintenance and the caretakers are on top of their game and take care of everything right away. I’ve never had to wait long for any of our requests to be fulfilled. Kudos to them. There is a bit of a fruit fly problem, but I think that just comes with the season.
My only real complaint is that the garage is a bit small for my vehicle so I get nervous about pulling in and out of it. There’s a lot of repaving happening right now which means residents from other buildings are filling the lot and I have to hunt for a parking space

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The front office was always super helpful and quick to respond to our emails. Maintenance was also really quick to respond to our requests, generally they were there the next day if we submitted it at night or that day. We loved the pools, although it would've been nice if there was an indoor option rather than two out door pools so we could've used them all-year-round. They added the package room part way through our time here and it was a game changer. So much better than needing to go into the office or having it delivered to our door. I would definitely

My wife's and my experience renting at Mallard Ridge was stellar. The apartment was well kept, maintenance, when needed, was responsive and timely. The office staff was wonderful. The swimming pools were beautifully clean and clear. The landscaping, snow removal and general upkeep was terrific. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it.

Mallard Ridge is by far the best place I’ve lived my entire life! It’s very quiet. Everything is spacious. Honestly it’s like you’re living in your own house because no one bothers you or anything. And the Management Team are extremely professional, kind, understanding, helpful and gentle! People on here complaining about door slamming (it’s not the managers fault). Sinners(people) always have something or find something to complain about! But I’m thankful to live here and the managers here are awesome!! Highly recommend this place! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would! God bless

This is my second year and my experience has been nothing but glorious. I love the smiles in the office and the swiftness with which they act on your concerns. Yesterday my car was not only covered with snow but frozen and one of the staff stopped to help and I needed to change my plates but I had no tools nor gloves yet again I met another staff on his errands he fixed this for me too. Thank you Mallard Ridge team, you are the best!
