I gave it a two stars because of how nice and newer feel the building and appartements have but the price of rent was as high as the newer apartments around the area that actually have enough parking lots for all their residents with no extra charges, that have a private party room with windows, that have a pool or sauna/jacuzzi and multiple other amenities. Also Steven Scott’s management was so much more better than pinnacle , (they were literally changing new people in the office every 5months), and also was charged over 2k to change the carpet in 2 bedrooms. Do not live there.

My fiancé and I just moved into 5 Central on 10/14/2018 and couldn't be happier with our experience with Noah in management :) He made us feel very welcomed and taken care of, answered all of our important questions and represented the property well. The reason why I gave the property a 3 star is because this morning at 6:30 am the fire alarm in our bedroom right above our head went off for no reason and scared us awake and didn't turn off for 10 min. Super Loud!! There was no fire, nothing

When they switched management companies we had problems paying rent through their online site and we were charged a late fee. It was removed since the late payment was due to their website and no one in the office would help me until the site was working. We were told that rent had to be paid by the 4th to not have anymore late fees in the future. I switched banks one week ago and all of my direct deposit did not hit my account on Friday, the 1st. They said it would on Monday. I went to pay my rent today, Monday the 4th, and there is a $168 late fee.

I would like to give a high rating for 5 Central, as it has been such a good living experience for my family and I! I also want to say thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who work on staff, as they are always friendly, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I have contacted them. This apartment is in the perfect location, close to my work and my child's school, and it is safe and well maintained. The building is kept in great shape, has a nice exercise room, and a coffee/latte machine for all residents to use! The rent cost is a little higher than what I would prefer to pay

I would NOT recommend this apartment as they are managed by Steven Scott, who is likely to charge you a lot after you move out.
I lived in another property managed by Steven Scott (Creekside Apartment at 200 Nathan Ln N, Plymouth, MN) for more than three years. The living experience there is good, but after I moved out, I received a big bill for extra cleaning and carpet replacement with surprise.
I had hired a person to do a very thorough cleaning for an entire afternoon before moving out, and got only a couple of comments during final walk-through. However, I was still charged for 6 hours of

If you want a perfect apartment in a perfect location, come to 5 Central. I honestly can't say one negative remark about this place. The apartments are beautiful and staff is very helpful and friendly. We LOVE the underground heated garage and pet-friendliness. Everything is sound proofed very well, so we hardly ever hear dogs barking or our neighbors. The town is charming and very walkable.....and very safe with a police station next door. Nearly everything you would want or need is on this street: a park, grocery store, restaurants, bars, gas station, vet clinics, dental clinics, and more. It

I have lived here for two months and I could not be happier. The apartment is modern and beautiful with everything I could need. 5 Central is extremely dog friendly and there are great places to walk around the area including a park right across the street. It is very quiet and safe with the police department across the street. The staff are so friendly and helpful with everything you could possibly need. I am looking forward to making this my home for years to come.
