2 stars because the apartments are okay but the management is completely underwhelming and terrible. They poorly explain their leases and make multiple errors on it. Many other Google reviews indicate tenants having to battle with management on their clerical errors on move-out. Same for us. If you find yourself in a bind and have to work with them, ask only for Heather. She seems to be the only one that’s comfortable with what she is doing in the leasing office. Don’t even bother with the Manager, she’s already “a karen” . She’s quick to tell you that she’s the manager even when

I am giving this 2 stars because the apartments themselves are gorgeous. The management however had been terrible. From move-in to move-out it has been nothing but errors from the management staff. We had signed the lease and paid the full amount upon move in and about 1-2 months after, I was contacted that we did not pay the full amount and needed to pay and additional deposit. After reviewing the lease which was signed by myself and management, it was indicated I paid the full amount and the staff forgot to update the deposit amount prior to sending the lease agreement. I would never recommend Skye Apartments to anyone. They are demanding that we pay for new carpeting. We lived there for almost 3 years. We had their carpet cleaning service clean the carpet after the first and second years. There was only normal wear and tear on cheap carpeting. There have been other issues as well. The last two managers have been terrible. the first one was great. They were one of the reasons we chose them.

Past due on a bill after we moved out, I tried to call 5+ times, emailed, two of the leasing agents no longer work there and the person Kyle, in finance, won’t respond to my emails. I will be showing up onsite to attempt to pay and will be filing a complaint to corporate.
Very unprofessional company, was when we lived there for three months as well.

I have enjoyed living here for 1 1/2, so peaceful, except the constant slamming of the front doors of neighbors apartments on my floor and above is very annoying not sure if it’s just not having respect for other people who live here or if the hinges on the front doors can be tightened so the doors aren’t so loose that they are constantly slamming shut!
I found if you have a thicker rug at front door it keeps it from slamming shut so I’m not bothering or disturbing other people that live here.
