We’ve been living here for over a year now, and while almost everything has been excellent, maintenance has not. Maintenance staff is wonderful and helpful - that’s never the issue. My interactions with the maintenance staff have always been professional and they fix the issue. The big issue is the amount of repeated air conditioning issues we’ve experienced in such a short amount of time is ridiculous. This is our 4th time putting in a request in 14 months because our air conditioning unit is not working. The first few times happened in 2020 and we quickly heard back and the issue was resolved

About a year ago by review would be raving, however, at this moment I'm sitting a apartment that has not had air for almost seven days. I understand that a few days of that was due to shipping, but my unit has has now been here two days, so they are without excuse besides they are short on people? I feel I'm due a discount this upcoming month one my rent and I need to know when it will completed. The office and maintenance have failed to call me back after several messages I have left.

Decent apartments, maintenance crew was decent untill they replaced a few of the good workers, be sure to request when any appliances are bad. We had a poor stove/oven, washer and dryer that would destroy our clothes (they eventually replaced it for us) and a bad dish washer. communication with staff is poor due to multiple reasons. Don't rely on phone calls or emails to get things done, best route is to talk in person and not expect them to reach out on notices including renewing your lease/moving out. Overall not a bad place to live.

I've lived here for just over a year and I love it. Our space is great, with an up to date look, lots of storage, and great appliances (including the in-unit washer and dryer!). The maintenance crew consistently solves the occasional problem same-day. The small gym on site saves me money every month and the staff has been adding equipment and making improvements. The only complaint I have is the higher than average utility bills in the winter. Those get pricey when there's a particularly cold month. I would recommend living here to any of my friends (and I have :).

Great place to live.
The bottom floors have hardwood, the second floor have carpeted floors. The storage room is near the sliding glass door. Pretty decent sized balconies. Nice pathway to walk around the apartments.
I love that the doors are outside and not located inside a hallway.
Washers and dryers in every unit.
We love that it's pet friendly. Except some people don't pick up their pets droppings, it makes for interesting walks.

This place is okay, except the kitchen's very tiny and has old appliances, the doors need fixing because they don't stay still and keep closing on you.
For a week straight I couldn't sleep in the morning because there was renovation being done right outside my door without me being given a fair warning. The trash system is terrible.
The apartment itself is fine and so is the clubhouse and fitness center.

We searched all over overland park, and these were the perfect fit. Rent is reasonable for Johnson county- especially considering the prices of other apartments. They are nice and quiet, which is a plus. Very spacious and large closets. The staff is always very helpful and nice. We plan on being here for awhile.

Excellent place to live. My husband and I searched for awhile before we found this place. We are in a two bedroom two bath floor plan and we love it!
We are on the second floor, so we have a vaulted ceiling in the living room, which makes the apartment really open up. There is so much space. The closets are very big and the rooms are a perfect size. We have a large queen bed with two nightstands on each side and still have plenty of extra space in our bedroom.
