Expect you to make more than minimum wage. If you make less than $22, they will not rent to you. $12.50 an hour is minimum wage and there are no places for rent for you. Just be homeless you hard working stiffs and join me leaving on the street of Phoenix, plus worker. Yep! Shower at Luvs truck stop.

It is been three months since I moved here and it is the worst experience ever there is homeless all over the complex zero security whatsoever there are no cameras and there are no gates not to mention somebody tried to steal my vehicle and I can’t Identify who is it due to weak Security. I Definitely don’t recommend moving here.

I've lived in the complex for 1 1/2 years since I moved in I've had roaches. They come and spray and the roaches are clear for a day or two and come back. My flooring has orange writing (in places that can't be covered up) on it which I made the office aware of when I first moved in, they told me there's nothing they can do about it and the floors would be switched out once I moved out. My question is why weren't the floors switched out before I moved in. The heater was recently shut off on 2/5/21 it's still cold so I'm not sure why the property management would do that. I've been on a waiting

If you are shopping for a new apartment I recommend you guys come take a look! The property is well maintained and well staffed, from maintenance to the office personel. Especially Ms. Rosa the property manager, she's always been prompt and helpful with any issues or concerns I've had in the past not to mention that they are little to none. Property is clean and tidy thanks to the awesome maintenance team who do a great job with the up keep. I've lived here now 3 years and look forward to renewing my lease again!

I moved here the end of May from Colorado. The leasing office has been accommodating of my move from a different state. Minor repairs that I requested upon moving in were done extremely quickly, the people in the leasing office are friendly, and the leasing office called me when I didn't know a package was delivered to them instead of my mailbox/door. Generally very happy with my decision to move to this apartment complex.

I love my new apartment, the staff in the office are super nice. The maintenance guys did a amazing job on the apartment. the grounds are always clean. if you see a bad review it is most likely from a person that didn't get there way. because I can tell you the office manager will go out of her way to help you. She was very helpful with me. So I would say give it a look before you count this place off your list.

The staff is very professional and understanding. The grounds are amazing and are kept up extremely well. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I love the feeling of peace and tranquility. Neighbors are kind and apartments are beautiful. I really like it here. I plan to renew my lease for a 1 bdrm. I currently have a studio, which is great! I adore the split wall separating the living room from a bedroom feel. The only downfall is the way to get to and from the complex, but everything else makes up for it. As for the homeless, it's anywhere you go, please don't judge a place by that, it's simply not

I've lived at Villatree for over a year and a half, in 2 different units and my experience here has been an overall positive one. I've had only a handful of cockroaches in the first unit and none so far in my new one. If I've ever had any issues at all I've talked to management about them and they resolved them quickly. The maintenance staff is friendly and have done any repairs within a very reasonable time frame. They actually work around my work schedule for me.
