Quarters BBQ

So far, I am more than pleased living here! It is always clean around the complex and there’s always a friendly face! My main concern was security, but I feel so safe living here! The Clubhouse’s amenities are AMAZING! The free printing really comes in handy! The apartments are AMAZING sizes, and I love it so much that I just renewed my lease!

I have been with the quarters for 4 years and i have absolutely loved it. the staff is super nice and have made my life so easy being a full time college student. located only a few blocks from campus i’d highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in this area.

I love living here! Anytime there any issue maintenance is quick to help and the staff is extremely kind! They offer so many fun activities weekly and the amenities are great!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could get give them 0 stars, I would. The management was not helpful at all. They tried to say I did not pay my rent, but it was their fault because they would lose or misplace my money order. And I would get charged late fees because of this. Also, they always put overages on your rent every month so you don’t pay the rate they say you will. They have a bad waterbug problem that they could not seem to fix because they would lie someone would come spray the apartment. The Quarters is a great complex for college students. It is in close proximity to campus and the rent is cheap. The apartments are spacious and each room has a queen sized bed. The only downside is being near the train tracks, but it isn't too much to handle.

I wanted to share our experience with my daughters off campus housing in hopes that other students don't have to deal with them.
When she toured the complex they showed her a clean apartment with well kept furniture. Told her they would pair her with roommmates similar to her.She filled out her likes dislikes... she was super excited. First college apartment on her own.
It gets closer to move in and we still don't know anything about who is moving in with her. They changed her apartments a couple times and finally learned of one girl she would be living with.

I love the quarters! They did a great job of paring me with my roommates and we all get along so well. It’s also very pet and human friendly! I love it there because the staff is always so helpful and ready to help with a smile on there face. The prices are very affordable and the quarters always has great deals and giveaways! The bedrooms and bathrooms are also a great size!

My child is living here while they attend UL-Lafayette. Warning to parents and anyone else paying the bills...the rent IS NOT all inclusive. You will have to pay an extra fee for water and electric. What they don't explain is the rent includes an average and if you go over the average, you have to pay. Also, expect to pay extra for renters...your homeowners will not transfer over, no matter what your State Farm agent tells you. this place will constantly road block you until you surrender and pay their fee. When you call, the staff talks down to you. Sorry not sorry, I have 30+ years

Very close to campus, short walk! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The apartment comes full furnished, no need to sofas, chairs, tables etc. Parking is right outside of your apartment. The staff is friendly and always willing to help a resident out.

The rooms are a good size and come furnished and I love that I can easily get to my bathroom without leaving my bedroom. It's a short distance from campus with a couple of stores in walking distance as well. It is only about a 10minute walk to campus which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful with answering questions and making sure you have everything you need. They accept pets and even have a small gated area next to the pool where your pets can play. The only downside is it's right next to a train track that seems like it only runs at night.

I love living at the quarters. I been living here since 2018 and probably will be living here till I finish graduate school. It's within walking distance from the campus, there is a friendly staff in the office and the only noise the community has is from the train passing and blowing their horn but after a while you get used to it.

It's a pretty decent place to stay. The rooms are nice sizes and the apartment itself is overall great. Some people in the leasing office can be a little rude/dismissive and with the complex being located right by a train track that can keep you up at night. Would be helpful if the complex informed residents when moving in, the estimated train schedule so people can be more prepared. The walk ways between the buildings often smell like animal pee, it'd be helpful and appreciated if the complex made more of an effort to help the smell if possible. Very nice gated community, with very kind workers and staff, has a lounge w/pool tables and a smart tv as well as a movie room and workout room, good rates when it comes to rent as well as nice living areas. Perfect for a college student

Great Apartment - Management Office is Great! The apartments are nicely furnished. The 4 bedrooms are better than the two bedrooms furnishings wise but overall the experience has been quite satisfying. The complex is close to campus making getting to class easy.

They offer reasonably good prices on their apartments, which is great because they are student based. Very easy to get to campus within 5 min if you're walking and even less time if you're driving. They're always offering food and activities in the clubhouse to participate in for prizes and other things. Very responsive to complaints or issues.

The quarters is a very convenient apartment complex right off of campus (10 min walk) that has a friendly staff! They answered all of my questions and respond to work orders quickly. They also follow up to ensure they did the job right. My only complaint is the lack of guest parking but you can work around that. Overall I'm a fan.

The Quarters is a fairly new apartment complex in Lafayette designed with students in mind. It's an easy walk to the University of Lafayette at Louisiana, but you don't have to be a student there to live here...you could go to any of the vocational schools, community college or even the beauty schools located there. The only requirement is that you're a student.
