Leasing staff NOT courteous with the problems we are facing while we staying in. Emergency contact is just for namesake and useless as there is no response till Monday for a emergency power out request called in before weekend. Maintenance turnaround is more than 4 weeks after raising one ticket. Till then you keep calling the leasing office staff and they are ready with their standard answer “we will let the crew know”. Move in issues are not dealt with priority. Chasing this team on your issues within the unit is like horrible and tiresome. Bathtub faucets leakages are not fixed for 1 month

The new property manager at the complex is very proactive in listening, taking notes making certain your concerns/issues are addressed and resolved I’m an appropriate timeframe. It is refreshing to have the complex manager be an advocate for tenants.

I had no big complaints with this apartment complex until the winter storm caused some pipes to burst and damage our apartment. We were residents of apartment #218. The manager Veronica was terrible at managing our complaints. We had a wet carpet for 2 weeks, our apartment was humid and had mold. Carpet was only washed not replaced, walls that had mold were painted not replaced, trim that had mold were painted as well and not replaced. The wet carpet lead to our furniture getting damage, we were at a hotel from March 4- April 11. During the time that we were at a hotel we wanted them to either

Welcome (Nicole Rider) The NEW manager at The Point of Deerfield Apartments.
My husband and I are very excited and grateful. She has only been here for a little over a week and has already proceeded to fix major problems that we have lived with for years. She also is taking care of three work orders repair’s that haven’t been fixed since the freeze.
Ron and I are senior citizens and lived here for almost 8 years. We Love our little home and are very happy here. Now we are very excited with the upcoming improvements to the property that Nicole will do her best to get completed.

First off, this 5 star rating is ONLY for the Maintenance Crew and nobody else. Darrell and Sammy deserve many kudos for their hard work making sure things are in tip top shape in this community. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I know it will be taken care of properly. They always seem extremely busy and sometimes overworked. I would do everything you can to keep these guys here doing what they do. I only hope they are compensated fairly for their jobs.

This complex has lots of potential and could be really nice if it weren’t for the fact that customer service and management is seriously lacking and becoming worse. My upstairs neighbor put in several work orders for a leaking dishwasher which was never properly addressed and now today I am treated to a leaking ceiling and a soaked carpet. I phoned the after hours emergency number more than once and never received a call back or even the slightest bit of concern for any damage to my unit.
The pool was closed half the summer with no communication to tenants or any compensation for paying full

Yes, management can be very nice to get you to sign the contract, then you will eventually experience what the rest of the tenants have been experiencing. I also suggest to look for another apt complex.
You should know by now what should be improved and if not, then I suggest a refresh in customer service. Started looking at the Google reviews and don’t focus on the ones from new tenants. Plus, if you are advertising the

I stayed here for couple of years. Property Manger promises things during the renewal but nothings happens after the renewal, So we moved out, After we moved we were still changed for no reason even thought everything was clean. I think there goal is to have max units occupied and not having good renter/customer relationship. I would not recommend people for this community, but tell them there are better and new community near by with better and friendly property staff I think all apartment community should have a way to provide feedback about the Property Manager & staff behavior to the Property

Super friendly and make everything so easy. When my daughter first helped me apply for this community, the leasing office walked me through the application process. Within a week, I was able to move into my own apartment and I'm thankful to my daughter and Assistant Manager Mandy. I love my new home and have been enjoying to the fullest.
