I went in today for a pedicure with one of the male techs and picked which pedicure I wanted based off of the pricing they gave me. Well at the end when I went to pay, they were charging me $10 more than what I was told. Their pricing in the brochure they give you is cheaper than what they actually charge. Then they admitted that the nail tech was supposed to tell me the updated pricing and that it was his mistake, but I am being told I have to pay the full price even though I was told a cheaper total before hand. I went in to get my nails done before Christmas. I made an appointment for 12:30 pm on Dec. 20th and didn’t get in for my appointment until almost an hour later. I wish I’d gotten the techs name, but I didn’t. When she finally started doing my nails she made polite conversation up until she started telling me how tired she was because she’d spent the whole night before out drinking, and continued to bring it up. “I’m so tired. I’m very tired” was repeated several times. She cut all of my fingers on my right hand, and they proceeded to bleed while she did my nails. As she was doing

Jess has Poor quality at doing designs and is very unprofessional! Would not recommend this place i asked for the disgns on the picture to the right this is what i got! I told them how they felt and she tried doing it over and over again each time looked the same horrible!!! They tried to charge me $95 for these ugly nails and i said i wasnt paying that i wasnt happy so she discounted the service or asked to take them all off but i would still have to pay $50 for her product! All i wanted was some cute Halloween nails. I eneded up paying $60 for nails i hate and going to pay double to get removed

Very friendly service; however the quality of the work was very poor. The kind gentleman cut my toe and it bleed and bleed and also cut my finger. Nothing like seeing blood drip on your white mail polish and watch the guy pretend it’s not happening. The manicure color I wanted wasn’t available in regular nail polish so the work I wanted done wasn’t even an option. The color is crooked on my nails and to top it off the regular nail polish smudged as soon as I got into my truck. So disappointed because it was a waste of time 2 hours and money for regular nail polish for mani and pedi!! I need

Good job on my pedicure. They have good prices and everyone is friendly. I like the friendly staff, it really makes a difference in your experience. I got a normal ez pedicure, which is a good price (see pics for some prices). I don't like to stay long since I am usually going on my way home from work. I think the longest I have had to wait on their busiest days was about 15 minutes. I would return. It's a little small and crowded for manicures.

I’ve been coming to Diva Nails for several years now, and I’m always incredibly impressed with how professional they are, but also with how well they treat and take care of you. I always book my appointments ahead of time over the phone, and they always take me in as soon as I arrive. Every time I come to this salon, it’s always a very relaxing experience! Everyone is so nice and they take their time with you especially on the pedicures. I always like to go to Linda for my pedicures and Brandon for my acrylics. They’re both really good to me.
