So I've been living here for months now and just want to say that right off the back we tested and took videos of the dishwasher, washing machine shaking out of control and waking up my new born daughter numerous times, all these videos and photos will be used in court if need because there's other reviews of people having the same issues. The front office seems to be unemployed because no one answers at ALL, at first we were supposed to have a renovated apt on the second floor but on the day of move in they said it wasn't ready after I had everything in my uhaul packed and ready

So grateful pest control has visited my apartment. Oh wait, they haven't, as my request has never been added to the peat control sheet. Now I am blessed to live like this for another week.


I have been notifying the front office and maintenance of this problem for over three weeks. Each time I am told I have to wait until Friday for pest control to come.

You as management may want to live with pests but I don't! Now I am having to rewash and clean items that were clean. Who is paying for all of those supplies..... oh yeah me! Wait am I not paying you my rent on time, doesn't

Planned on moving and the pandemic hit and was forced to sign a new lease instead of month to month. Stove is still broken. Suffering until I can move when my lease ends because I refuse to pay $2600 to get out of my lease. New manager is decent but office staff is overwhelmed. They started the pool update right before summer. Norma is always great. Neighbors moved 7 people in and office said they can't do anything even though they scream and fight all day. Cops are there a minimum of once a week.

After the leasing issue we finally moved in and we had nothing but issues occur back to back. The place is falling apart. I know management is doing there best but there are better places out there honestly. I should have took my money an ran after the first issue Only been here for month, our dishwasher flooded after a few uses, now our washing machine flooded. They tried patch things up but not really fixed thing, I noticed when I moved in. Save yourself the heartache and rent else where. Unfortunately I still have 11 more months and I'm counting down to move out.

I love my apartment. It’s beautiful. I also have a really nice view. Nevada sunsets are the best!
Also, huge shoutout to Shawanna. I came across FireSkye here on google. I seen her name so much so I requested her and she did not disappoint! This complex is huge, and this women still remembered every detail I told her even remembered my cats name! You might find a better complex here in Vegas, but you will not find another Shawanna. Also, Jake is a honorable mention here as well. Never had a maintenance manager meet me and listen to my concerns before. Awesome job Jake and Shawanna making this

My lease was end two month ago. I clean the house I I left an apartment in a great condition. Never be late for the rent. But as soon as I left they were not reachable and they never even give me the deposit back. The head manager left already and no one else is available to reply me :/ I need my money back.

For the time that we have lived here (about 1 year) it has been difficult to get in contact with the leasing office. The one person that has always given us great service and prompt responses is Shawanna. She responds to all emails and voicemails left for her and is sure to follow up until a question or issue is resolved. 5 Stars for Shawanna, 2 stars for the complex itself (closed pool, closed leasing office and substantial rent renewal increase).

Our washing machine has been shreading some of our clothes and towels for a year, and 3 weeks ago the washing machine stopped working completely. we filled reports, yet still no washing machine -3 weeks later. Also, not completely their fault, but pool has been closed for almost 2 years. Mostly because of covid, but when things finally opened up and we might be able to use the pool this spring and summer, they started a complete remodel of the pool and pool area. We have lived here almost 2 years and could only use the pool for about 1 month.

I have lived here almost two years, Norma made my move in painless. In the past couple years I have barely had any issue but when I needed anything handled Shawanna came through with a smile and lets get it done immediately approach each time!!! She is an absolute gem and an amazing leasing manager! Maintenence team has always been super polite and right on top of any work order I have had to place!! We just moved in to the FireSky apartments and I really like my new place, they just remodeled my unit and it looks really nice and clean.
My rental agent was Norma and she was so helpful with everything , she helped as with the rental application, with all the details regarding what we need, answered all our emails really fast, she is really professional in her job, I just wish that Norma was my rental agent long time ago, thank you Norma for great move in experience.

I moved in last month and my apartment is perfect! The entire process to rent was made so simple by Shawanna. She showed me 2 different 1 bedrooms then I chose the style I liked then she showed me 3 areas and let me choose which one I wanted. I got the perfect location. She also has me super excited for for renovations that are coming!

I appreciate the staff here. They are simply amazing. The apartments are really nice. But all apartments are the same. What makes Fireskye special is the staff that run it. Shawanna in the office is a god send. She’s always been so sweet, caring, and helpful. We worked with her from the beginning. And have always been satisfied with how she treats us.

I rented a 1 bedroom. Norma Garcia was my leasing agent. She was so helpful and so sweet. Since moving in we have had no issues with our apartment. The staff are all very nice and the maintenance is very quick and efficient.

These apartments are amazing! Everything is clean, modern, and well maintained. It's such a beautiful community, and with the renovations they're doing currently, this complex is going to have an awesome outcome. The staff here are super helpful, welcoming, and good at communicating. Jay answers all of my questions & concerns, and he always over delivers. Jake is also super helpful, and his response time is a 10/10! I definitely recommend FireSkye.

Before you rent at FireSkye call the office at different times during office hours. This will give you insight to the level of customer service you will receive if you decide to rent. The staff DOES NOT PICKUP THE PHONE. If you leave a massage there is a very low likely hood they will return your call!

One of the worst properties I have ever rented from I've had many issues since day one and unfortunately the only way they can help me is by helping themselves. moving me to a rehabbed unit yes what I asked but rent increasing $200 plus more than what I'm paying now as well as start a whole new lease , as If I want to move by choice I'm in a awful unit that breaks down every week paying 1400 unbelievable!!!!! Or break my lease and pay the 2000+ for early termination seriously again is it my fault I'm in a outdated unit with so many problems 4 months and I've had over 10

My overall experience was ruined during move out when the management company took all of my deposit and charged me an additional $56 for excessive cleaning, paint repair, and carpet cleaning even after four years of on time rent payments. They were not willing to waive the remaining balance and prefer to send threatening demand requests to harm my credit rating.

Been living here for about 3 months, i got a really nice building with quiet neighbors and not noisy at all. The unit is actually really nice, grey walls white appliances and modern lighting definitely a renovated one which makes me feel good. I had to pass on the first unit I saw due to timing issues with my old lease and the office worked with me to find a better price for a different unit when the time came. Norma and Jay at the front desk are awesome. Also one of the only apartment complexes in Las Vegas that has a recycling service

Don't move here. Period.

Someone always parked in my assigned spot and when you call the tow company they say they can't do anything without the office so pretty much you can park where ever you want after office hours even tho there are signs everywhere.

Garbage everywhere. People leave trash and bottles on the side walk. Front gate is always open never closes anyone can come in as they please. I went into the office to ask about pest control cuz we have roaches and ants and while I was waiting this poor old lady was talking about her car getting broken into. Oh and the pest control

The stage has been phenomenal, particularly, Norma. She's amazing.

From the first moment we stepped in, she greeted us with a smile and has been more than helpful, I highly recommend stopping in just to say hi. She's awesome.

There is people in this world that is terrible in customer service or just are rude an don't care about their jobs!! I stop by to get information in the apartments and this lady NORMA!! The asian lady at the desk in the right hand inside the office is terrible terrible rude and lazy to provide information to walk ins, I stand for like 15 minutes while she was in her desk fixing her nails, she saw me but not even ask me if i need help cause probably was waiting for another worker to come out and help me with the apartment info in the rental, anyway after i got tired of looking at her I just

The rapid decline of this property is depressing to say the least. Like many, I hate moving, but I am now looking forward to it for the following reasons...

1. The mandatory apartment access is way out of hand. The most recent mandatory entry directive is the fourth one in the past four months.

You want eleven days to enter my residence at your convenience? The unwillingness of staff to work with residents schedules or stagger projects to provide smaller apartment entry time frames is a lack of consideration to residents, but you don't care.

2. Staff communication is nonexistent

Broadstone Flamingo West was the worst apartment I have ever lived for past 12 years. Let me tell you why.

Issue 1. Odor
Broadstone Flamingo West is a smoking property. The entire Unit #1134 had a terrible smell throughout the year. It smelled like old cigarette. It seemed A/C vents were connected to neighbor. I could tell when my neighbors smoke or cook. When I turned heaters, it got worse with the heat. Especially the winter time was unbearable. I complained through management a few times. All they did was putting a thin layer in the vent, which did nothing. I purchased two air purifiers
